Current Situation Of Rural Primary School Teachers Turnover In Jingning Country Gansu Province

Following the people’s pursuit of the economy,the turnover of the teachers become more and more popular.Jingning Country is a National poverty alleviation country,The overall condition is poor.Most of the Primary Education in Rural Areas in Jingning Country are also located in the remote place with very laggard traffic,this caused the bad schools and the surrounding environment,and also leads to the serious phenomenon of teacher’s turnover.The turnover of teachers involved benign and malignant two conditions.The malignant turnover would caused very serious unfairness phenomenon of education.This situation has negative influence for teachers and students who in rural areas,and it against the basic national education policy.The teachers of primary school are at the critical stage of education,they not only teach students to learn knowledge,but also bring the cognition of the world.However,in the rural areas,primary school teachers turnover are very frequently and exist a malignant trend.This resulted in the loss of these teachers,it will become difficult to running the rural primary school smoothly and has generated various problems.Thus,in order to understand the phenomenon of rural primary school teachers turnover better and solve the problems of which the turnover phenomenon caused,this text choose Jingning Country Y Town as a case.questionnaire and interviews are adopted to investigate the teachers turnover.This text first investigation and study current situation of rural primary school teachers turnover and what is the cause of the situation,on the flow,there is a difference between married unmarried men and women.Resources,and better economic conditions is the main reason for the flow?then elaboration the problems of teachers turnover caused,and puts forward some suggestions to help the situation at last,to improving the phenomenon of teachers malignant turnover,promoting the education of rural primary schools in poor areas,in order to implement the policy of fair education.
