The twenty-first Century is the age of knowledge economy,globalization and informatization.The competition of comprehensive national power has transformed into the competition of talents.And the transformation of social development pattern has changed the concept of talent training.Primary school teachers are the most influential person in fostering talents of new generation.Therefore,their understanding of key competences,the ability to develop key competences of students and the key competences they should possess are worthy of attention.Based on a review of the research literature on key competences and teachers' key competences at home and abroad,this article investigates the current status of professional teachers' knowledge,abilities,and attitudes in order to understand the current needs and shortcomings of primary school teachers' development.And by drawing on the research ideas of the Key Competences Task Force and combining the relevant theories of teacher development,we extracted the key competences that primary school teachers should have in order to develop new key competences survey scales to investigate first-line elementary school teachers for different key competences.The degree of recognition of items is selected from the key competences that has a high degree of recognition and is compatible with the development trend of primary school teachers in China.Through the statistical analysis of the survey results,the subject knowledge and interdisciplinary knowledge are selected from the knowledge dimension,and they are selected from the ability dimension.Education and teaching ability,problem solving skills,reflective skills,interpersonal interaction and cooperation,innovation and creativity were selected.At the attitude dimension,respect,tolerance,responsibility consciousness,and professional ethics consciousness were selected.A total of ten core qualities constituted the key competences framework for primary school teachers.Within these key competences items And relationships are analyzed,finally,from the macro point of view,offers some suggestions and thinking for the further training of primary school teachers in key competences.This article is divided into 7 chapters:Chapter 1 Introduction Introduce the research background,research significance,research plan of this study,and analyze domestic and foreign research literature on key competences and teachers' key competences.Chapter 2 Definition of Key Competences and Theoretical Basis of the Study This chapter defines the concepts of key competences and teachers' key competences,and lays a theoretical foundation for the development of the research by using teacher professional development theory and lifelong learning theory.Chapter 3 Foundation and Path of Key Competences Construction of Primary School Teachers Based on the theory of teachers' professional development,this chapter analyzes the problems existing in the current development of primary school teachers,and builds the framework of primary school teachers' key competences in terms of knowledge,ability and attitude.Chapter 4 Questionnaire Survey on Primary School Teachers' Key Competences This chapter examines primary school teachers' recognition of 26 key competences items,and analyzes the survey results.It selects subject knowledge and interdisciplinary knowledge from the knowledge dimension,and selects education and teaching ability,problem solving ability,reflection ability,and interpersonal communication skills and cooperation innovation and creativity from the dimension of capability.From the attitude dimension,respect and tolerance,responsibility consciousness,and professional ethics consciousness were selected.The ten key competences constitute the core competences framework of primary school teachers.And then the relationship between them were analyzed.Chapter 5 Connotation Analysis of Primary School Teachers' Key Competences This chapter analyzes the connotations of teacher's ten key competences deeply.Chapter 6 Suggestions on the Cultivation of Key Competences of Primary School Teachers This chapter offers some suggestions on the cultivation of core competences of primary school teachers,from the aspects of top-level design,teacher training,perfect mechanism and curriculum constructionChapter 7 Summary and Reflection This chapter summarizes the essay.The researcher rethinks the shortage and outlooks the later research.
