In September 2016,China officially promulgated the "Chinese students' key development competences",which profoundly expounded the issue of "what kind of people to train" in China's education.Since then,key competences of children has become a hot issue for most scholars in China.Due to the special age of children,key competences of children can not be completely equated with the "Chinese students' key development competences",but from the content point of view,"3-6 years old children's learning and development guide" is "Chinese students' key development competences" in early childhood the specific embodiment.In order to better promote the formation and development of children's key competences,kindergarten teachers play a vital role.3-6 years old children's key competences from the perspective of kindergarten teachers aims to implement the spirit of "3-6 years old children's learning and development guide" and "Chinese students' key development competences",which has certain theoretical significance for further enriching China's preschool education system.Further promote and deepen the "3-6 years old children's learning and development guide".In this study,the domestic and foreign literatures were collated and analyzed,and the first-line kindergarten teachers were interviewed in depth to construct 3-6 years old children's key competences from the perspective of kindergarten teachers.Based on this,the questionnaire of 3-6 years old children's key competences from the perspective of kindergarten teachers was compiled.The questionnaire data was analyzed by spss21.0,and 3-6 years old children's key competences from the perspective of kindergarten teachers was summarized.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested by Amos 23.0.Based on the analysis of the results of the formal questionnaire,the results of the survey of 3-6 years old children's key competences from the perspective of kindergarten teachers are obtained.Research indicates:3-6 years old children's key competences refers to the necessary character and key ability that children can adapt to the needs of lifelong development and social development under the training of the five major areas of kindergarten.It includes five dimensions: healthy living,healthy personality,social adaptation,scientific exploration,and artistic innovation;Kindergarten teachers think that 3-6 years old children should have the corresponding key competences,but there are differences in each dimension;From the perspective of kindergarten teachers,healthy personality is the most important aspect in the 3-6years old children's key competences,while scientific exploration is relatively weak;There are significant differences in the 3-6 years old children's key competences from the perspective ofkindergarten teachers of different ages;There are significant differences in the 3-6 years old children's key competences from the perspective of kindergarten teachers with different teaching years;From the perspective of kindergarten teachers,there are significant differences in the nature of kindergarten in the 3-6 years old children's key competences;From the perspective of kindergarten teachers,there are extremely significant differences in the 3-6 years old children's key competences in the grade of teachers;From the perspective of kindergarten teachers with different educational backgrounds,there are extremely significant differences in the 3-6 years old children's key competences;There are extremely significant differences in 3-6 years old children's key competences from the perspective of kindergarten teachers in different regions.The specific recommendations are as follows: Improve the awareness of kindergarten teachers on the 3-6 years old children's key competences;Kindergarten teachers should pay more attention to the development of scientific exploration of 3-6 years old children;Different levels of training are adopted for different teachers to enrich teachers' understanding for 3-6 years old children's key competences of knowledge;Improve the educational concept of private kindergartens and provide learning opportunities for private kindergarten teachers;According to the characteristics of different teaching grades,Implement activities in accordance with the grade,promote the formation of children's key competences;Actively encourage teachers to improve their academic qualifications in work;Improve the welfare of kindergarten teachers in villages and towns,and attract a large number of kindergarten teachers to work in county towns and villages.
