| Research objective:this study uses the TRX suspension training method to carry out the core stability training for female college students.Discuss whether the TRX suspension training can improve the core stability of the female college students effectively and the advantages and disadvantages of traditional core stability training through the comparison with the traditional core stability training effect,so as to provide a theory for female college students after class exercise.Research method: logical analysis,mathematical statistics and experimental methods were used in this study.24 female college students in Sichuan Normal University were selected as the subjects,and 24 female college students were randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group by each group of 12 people.In the experimental group,the TRX suspension training intervention was carried out and the traditional core stability training was carried out in the control group.The test lasted 8 weeks.The data of sagittal,frontal,horizontal and body control abilities were compared among groups,and the data were analyzed.Research results:1、The 8 week suspension training can improve the core stability of the female college students effectively.After the test,the difference between the test group and the control group show that,the 4 indexes of the core stability are significantly improved(P<0.01).2、The experimental group had a very significant improvement in the control ability of the horizontal muscle group,with an average increase of 66.48%,the sagittal plane,the frontal surface and the trunk control ability,which were more than 35% in the overall elevation,and compared with the traditional core stability training effect,the training effect was very obvious.Research conclusion:1、Suspension training method can improve the core stability of female college students effectively.Through the comparison and analysis of the experimental group and the control group,it is found that the core stability of the female college students in the experimental group is greatly improved.The TRX suspension training method is helpful to improve the muscle group ability in the core area of the female college students,especially in the control ability of the horizontal core muscle group.2、It is proved by the experiment that the specific action of TRX suspension training used in the experiment is very effective to improve the core stability of the female college students,and it is easy to operate.It is suitable for the female college students to carry out exercise after class.3、TRX suspension training,compared with the traditional core training,has a more obvious effect on the core muscle group,and has a significant improvement in the core stability efficiency. |
