Teachers' listening to students is an important way to achieve effective communication between teachers and students,is the basis of dialogue teaching.Listening by Chinese teachers is of great significance in teaching.The new curriculum standard of Chinese in primary school points out that Chinese education should play an important role in cultivating students' basic reading comprehension and communication ability.at the same time,the rich humanistic connotation contained in Chinese subjects and students' understanding of teaching materials are diversified,which puts forward higher requirements for the teaching listening of Chinese teachers.On the other hand,there are many problems in the current classroom teaching.Teachers "lack of listening","selective listening","refused to listen" and other issues are more prominent.Therefore,the teaching listening of Chinese teachers is a problem worthy of scholars and front-line teachers' attention.239 students and 68 teachers in four primary schools in l district were investigated by questionnaire.8 teachers and 7 students were interviewed and observed in class.The present situation of primary school Chinese teachers' teaching listening is as follows: first,teachers and students agree with teaching listening;Second,teachers can pay attention to the "vulnerable groups" in listening to the target;Third,teaching listening has a positive effect on classroom teaching,but it has no obvious effect on the completion of teaching tasks and students' classroom performance.Fourth,teachers' understanding of teaching listening is not deep enough,and their understanding of listening connotation,listening purpose and content is shallow.Fifthly,there are many problems in the practice of teachers' listening,which are mainly manifested in the strong color of teachers' " teaching material center" and " examination center",the attitude of teachers' teaching listening needs to be changed,the timing of the guidance of the perception link is not accurate,the information processing ability of the reception link is insufficient,the non-verbal feedback and verbal feedback of the feedback link are not in place,and the evaluation of the evaluation link is too simple and stylized.Through the analysis of teachers,the author draws a conclusion that teachers' lack of deep understanding of teaching,teachers' lack of understanding of students,teachers' lack of listening theoretical knowledge,teachers' lack of teaching ability,teachers' emotional state is not good,some teachers do not adapt to listening teaching and their own listening behavior of reflection consciousness is the main factors affecting teachers' teaching listening.According to the existing problems and influencing factors of teachers' teaching listening,the author puts forward the specific strategies to improve the teaching listening of primary school Chinese teachers,mainly including the following points: creating a loose system environment;Changing teachers' educational ideas;To strengthen teachers' learning of listening theory;Create "online + offline" observation learning platform;Teachers consciously create conditions conducive to listening to the implementation;Teachers consciously experience listening literacy;Reflection on strengthening teachers' classroom management behavior and listening behavior.
