Listening in class is a process of learning between teachers and students through the using of verbal and non-verbal information,with the listening of inclusiveness,reflexivity,and feedback,and then leads to mutual understanding,mutual appreciation and mutual enrichment between"you and me".Since the reform of the new curriculum,the teaching of teachers has gradually shifted from lecture-based teaching model to constructive teaching model which is focusing on listening,exploring and activities,and as a basis for all teaching,listening has gradually been taken seriously by teachers.However,even though the proportion of listening teaching in class teaching is increasing,teachers and students'class listening problems are ubiquitous.Especially most primary school students,due to their interest,age,cognitive level and mental maturity,are unable to achieve the requirements of ideal teaching listening in class.The study focused on students listening teachers and other students,from listening content,understanding the content and reacting to the content of talking to observe the situation of students'listening and then interviewed some teachers and students of the school.The study found that the same problems that primary school students listening to their teachers and classmates mainly include:negative listening,false listening,filtered listening and wrong listening.The different problem when students listen to their teachers is lack of critical listening,and problems when students listen to other students are lack of related listening and empathy listening.Based on these problems,this study analyzed the positive listening features of primary school students,combined with the specific teaching strategies of front-line teachers and literature materials of improving the listening abilities of primary school students,and then gave some strategies to solve those listening problems by means of training the abillities of focusing,understanding and reacting of listening.The study aims to provide practical references and inspirations for eliminating listening problems and improving listening abilities of primary school students.
