| Open classes play an important role in kindergarten teaching activities.It is not only a common form of kindergarten teaching,but also an important part of kindergarten teaching and research activities.However,at present,there are few practical researches on kindergarten open class teaching.Therefore,the author goes deep into the field of teaching activities,inquires into the status quo of implementation,as well as existing problems and deficiencies,and strives to enrich the research.This research uses questionnaires,interviews,and other research methods to use the model kindergarten as an example to focus on the relevant theories of kindergarten education and teaching,to fully understand the actual situation of kindergarten open class teaching and the problems existing in the implementation process,and to analyze the reasons and propose strategies and recommendations for improving teaching activities in open classes.The research results show that the following problems exist in the open class teaching process of kindergartens:(1)Some young children participate in open classes,which brings troubles to daily activity organizations;(2)There is not enough willingness for open classes in teachers,and utilitarianism is strong;(3))Open class candidates are identified as passive and their choice forms are simple;(4)Poor suitability of choice of activity topics,and lack of cooperation among preparation teachers;(5)Novel and diverse form of activity process,affecting achievement of goal;(6)Timeliness of class assessment is not Strong,and even ignore the evaluation of links;(7)The content of the assessment is general,not objective,lack of theoretical support;(8)Inadequate preparation for lectures and single recording means.The main causes of the above problems are as follows:(1)Teachers lack understanding of the value of open classes;(2)The organization and management of open classes is not scientific and reasonable;(3)Poor personal development awareness of teachers,lack of ability to organize activities;(4)Lack of professional knowledge of teachers;(5)Teaching and research consciousness of teachers is not strong.Based on the above analysis of problems and causes in the implementation of public teaching activities in kindergartens,the author believes that the following six aspects should improve the quality of public teaching activities in kindergartens :(1)to renew ideas and explore diversified forms of open courses;(2)strengthen the administration of public class and make them scientific and reasonable;(3)set up the correct view of public teaching,and pay attention to the effectiveness of teaching;(4)make full preparations for the lectures and ensure the quality of the lectures;(5)attaches great importance to the evaluation process,to improve the effectiveness of the evaluation,(6)improve the teaching and research ability of teachers to open courses. |
