This thesis takes eight super-class kindergarteners in Nanjing since 1949 as the targets of investigation, and presents a description and analysis of the professional development of them. Using the qualitative research method, the author focuses on three important aspects, that is, the preparation of pre-service, to the competence and accumulation of early-service, ripeness of in-service. It also investigates whether there is ennui stage after they are experts. The results shows that even though they gain great success, they still work tirelessly for the new development in the profession because of the devotion for the pre-school education and the high responsibility for the career.The key factors in the professional development of these teachers are as follows; fine professional moral diathesis, strong internal impetus of professional development, persistent practice of studying and thinking, excellent ability, combination of teaching and researching, and moderate stress. The significance of this study implies the education of nursing teachers, the management of kindergartens, and the professional development of young kindergarteners. The conclusion part reviews the methods and inferences in this study.
