In January 1,2016,the promulgation of the "the universal two-child policy" meant that the strict family planning policy,which was introduced in 1980,has experienced a historic transition.Since the founding of the people's Republic of China in the past 79 years,China's birth policy has mainly experienced three stages:First stage is "the population is human hand",the actual "childbearing freely" age.The second stage is to implement the strict family planning policy,to promote a couple have only one child.The third stage is The two children Era with insuperable contradictions,since the trial implementation of the "two-child fertility policy for couples where either the husband or the wife is from a single-child family".The fate of individual is closely related to the national policy.The family birth behavior in the rural China has gradually changed from "multi child and multi blessing" in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China to "only have one child,excellent birth and education".This design will take the longitudinal angle and time as the axis,combine the national policy with the family story,and use the life of the Chinese rural family,to reflect the profound influence of birth policy on Chinese rural family.
