The Analysis Of China's Minority Birth Policy

At present, the population has become a global issue, it has a certain impacton the reality interests and development of all the countries in the world. Natural resources are limited, rapid population growth accelerated consumption of limited resources and the deterioration of ecological environment. Lack of resources, human survival and development will be severely affected. Therefore, the population issue has become a global strategic issue. Closely associated with the population problem is the country's family planning policy, different policies play a crucial role on promoting or restraining the growth of population and economic development.Republic of China is a unified multi-ethnic country, minority population, though small, but widely distributed. China's birth policy provides that "minoritieshave to practice family planning." The core issue of minority birth policy is tomake policy according to the population distribution, natural living conditions and social factors. It aims to meet the needs of all ethnic groups, thus speedingup the development of national economy. From the microscopic point of view, a family, with limited income, bring up more children who have little nutrition and education. This leads to minority population decline in the quality and the quality of the population. From a macro perspective, the minority population, which is deeply influenced by the traditional views, increases rapidly. The ordinary labor force is less needed by the society while the well-educated human resources are deficient. This has led to the unemployed population in cities and the increase of labor force in rural, which affect the overalldevelopment of our economy. Therefore, we're urged to carry out the family planning policy, to strengthen the knowledge of family planning in minority areas, to change the concept of minority population growth and to establish a correct concept of birth. This is a way to establish a correct outlook on lifeand world view, control population quantity, improve the quality of the population, maintain moderate growth in population, expand the market, stimulate consumption and further increase the economic scale, economic benefits, so thatminority areas may has sustainable development and the national economy may has stable and harmonious development.In this paper, the characteristics of birth policy and the effect of policy implementation n different provinces are fully researched. Thus making the development of China's minority population analysis. The paper gives suggestions on improving minority birth policy, propose that it is necessary to stabilize and improve the existing minority birth policy.
