Based on the relevant information about learning burnout at home and abroad,the study conducts a random sampling survey on the first three grades of five preschool education majors for the five secondary vocational schools in Pingliang City,Gansu Province.Aiming at find out present situation and influencing factors of learning burnout of preschool students in secondary vocational schools,and put forward effective countermeasures.The significance of the study is to help the teachers and students in Pingliang City secondary vocational schools to understand and deal with the problem of learning burnout students,to actively seek solutions to improve the quality of secondary vocational school teaching,to promote students to improve professional skills and employment competition.Use spss13.0 and excel 2007 analysis data,The result shows that:learning burnout exists among secondary vocational school students.There are three dimensions about students' learning burnout.Different characteristics of secondary vocational school preschool education students burnout difference is significant:about gender,boys learning burnout than girls serious.About grade,the degree of learning burnout was increasing trend,the third grade students burnout level is more serious,second grade second,first grade again.Parents' education level,parents' education level is higher for master's and above students' burnout level,parents' education degree undergraduate and below students is not significant difference in learning burnout.In terms of academicperformance,students with poor academic performance are higher than those of outstanding students.In terms of family residence,urban students' learning burnout level is higher than that of rural students.The main reasons for the learning burnout of the preschool students in secondary vocational schools are:school and teacher factors,family factors and social factors.There are effective ways to improve the current situation of learning burnout of pre-school students in secondary vocational schools in P city as follows:Firstly,improve students' self-efficacy through training;Secondly,overcome learning burnout from cultivating professional learning interest actively;Thirdly,strengthen the school and family links and establish a good school-house relationship to promoting the development of children;fourth,improve the personality and establish the ideal and goals;fifth,strengthen the software construction and improve education and teaching ability of the school;sixth,pay attention to the family environment construction and promote the healthy development of children.
