In this thesis,the four editions of teacher's book are quantified,their similarities and differences are summarized.Furthermore,some problems in the books,such as manifestation of children's nature of story content,story selections,etc.,are discussed.In order to deal with these problems,the reasonable advice is provided for the editors and teachers.The content analysis is applied as the main study method of this thesis,and some conclusions are drawn as: Firstly,the number of children's stories in the four editions of teacher's books are quite different;the lengths of most stories are moderate,but some of them are very long;the topics are mainly "the theme of love",but the distributions are not balanced;the difficulty of language is moderate,the reduplicated words and the onomatopoeias are highly frequent and various,and there are few idioms and most of them are neutral idioms.The lengths of sentence are mainly short and the patterns of that are diverse.Secondly,the manifestation of children's nature in the four editions of teacher's books can be described by three aspects.(1)The characters,are mainly animals and plants,and are close to the children's lives.And most of them are flat people,which are easy for children to understand.(2)The enjoyments of story,the polarity of them change from negative to positive mainly.The vacancy of the story takes the scenery,the action and the appearance as the main imagination,the suspense is relatively few,and the closed structure is the main part;the ending is the perfect ending.(3)The skills of expression,are mainly metaphor,personification and reiteration.The metaphor is simile-based in accordance with the characteristics of children's thinking;personifications are widely used,and they are in line with characteristics of children's "pan-spiritualism" thinking;and the reiterations play very important roles in the words and sentences,and their effects are various.Thirdly,the modifications of stories are existed in the four editions of the teacher's book,which are excessively deleted,seriously homiletic and uninteresting.
