| With the publication of the results of the PISA test in 2001,Finnish education has drawn great attention and is recognized as a leader in intermational education.At the same time,along with the progress of the times and the acceleration of the internationalization of education,the international community has carried out reforms on teacher education one after another,which has become a widespread concerm in various countries in the world.This paper takes Finnish pre-primary teacher education mode as the research object,examines the pre-service teacher education objectives and concepts,curriculum and teaching in Finland as a whole through the development phase and social background of pre-service teacher education:in pre-primary area.NWhat,s more,it takes the university of jyvaskyla as a case,summarizing the characteristics of pre-service teacher education in Finnish pre-primary education as well as our enlightenment on pre-primary teacher education.This paper is divided into six parts:The introduction elaborates on the reason of selecting the topic,summarizes the situation of the pre-service teacher education in Finnish pre-primary education by means of thematic classification,defines the concept,and introduces the research methods,research ideas and research significance.The first chapter reviews the background of pre-service teacher education in Finnish pre-primary education and the development in different historical periods.Finnish society,due to its small size,small population,relatively simple nationalities and its long history of war,which has contributed to the formation of a strong cohesion and a strong culture of trust in the whole society.After WW/I,as the process of urbanization accelerated,the education system at that time was no longer able to meet the needs of the country and society.The establishment of the first Finnish Reform Commission in 1945 has lasted for more than half a century and the reform has not stopped.The second chapter discusses the pre-service teacher education goals and educational ideas in Finnish pre-primary education.Its training objectives are summarized as "researchers","subject experts" and"leaders and managers".In view of them,training institutions attach great importance to the quality of the enrollment target,from the entrance exams to the independent enrollment of schools,etc.,all of which are quite strict in order to ensure the quality and the fairmess.The idea of education is the soul of running a school.The pre-service education idea of Finnish pre-primary teachers mainly manifests in three aspects:"cooperative mode","research orientation" and "continuing professional development".The third chapter elaborates the curriculum,teaching methods and educational intermship of Finnish pre-primary teachers.Teachers,education institutes have set up courses in major courses,minor courses,optional courses,language communication and orientation courses,which mainly carried out through collective teaching,seminars and project cooperation.University educates teachers with theoretical and practical knowledge of teaching staff through a perfect internship system.Chapter four takes the university of Jyvaskyla as an example,analyzing its pre-service-teacher education situations.The university of Jyvaskyla was developed by Finnish first teacher-training college.It has been an attractive research and teaching base so far.According to the’"National Core Curriculum for Pre-primary Education" and "Government Decree on University Degrees",the university independently sets the standard,content and implementation department of curriculum.Pre-service teacher training programs include:communication and orientation studies,basic studies in education,subject courses in education,multidisciplinary school subject studies,minor subject studies,elective studies,and advanced studies in education at the Masters degree.Pre-primary teacher education insists on the research-based teacher education mode,which could help students to gain the basic theory and practice knowledge of pedagogy.The fifth chapter summarizes the main characteristics of pre-service teacher education in Finnish pre-primary education,the current situation of pre-primary teacher education in our country and expounds the enlightenment of to our country. |
