Since the implementation of the excellent teacher training program in 2014,China has further strengthened the construction of the teacher education system and implemented the reform of the teacher education.The selection of pre-service teacher education,as the "to turn off the door" of teacher education,is of vital importance to the reform and development of teacher education.China's teacher education needs to learn from the advanced experience of foreign countries.On the one hand,there are many similarities between the education system of China and Finland.On the other hand,as an advanced educational country in the world,the PISA evaluation results of its students have been in the forefront of the world since 2000.Behind this remarkable educational achievement is the successful teacher education in Finland.Especially,the selection system of Finland's pre-service teacher education is the key to the success of its pre-service teacher education.The first part introduces the history of Finland's pre-service teacher selection system.In this historical context,the background of pre-service teacher selection and the change of selection system are systematically analyzed in four stages,and the changing rules are summarized,so as to understand more clearly the reasons for the formation of the selection system of Finland's pre-service teachers at present.The second part is to study the background of the selection of the pre-service teacher in Finland.It is mainly from the background of the country,the background of the high school and the background of the teacher's educational institution.Among them,the national background is mainly to Finland's history and the current situation of the country to carry on the introduction.In the context of high school,this paper discusses the culture of trust in secondary schools in Finland,the autonomy of teachers and the development of students' personality.In the research of Finnish teachers' educational institutions,this paper mainly studies the historical evolution and present situation of Finnish teachers' educational institutions.The third part studies the current situation of the selection of Finland's pre-service teachers.This is the key part of the thesis,which includes four aspects,namely,the purpose,criteria,procedure and results of the selection of Finnish pre-service teachers.The fourth part is the influence of the selection of the pre-service teacher in Finland,which is divided into three aspects.In order to influence the basic education,the influence of the teacher's education and the influence on the teacher's occupation are analyzed,and the influence of the Finnish pre-service teacher's selection on the Finland is analyzed.
