Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Management Of Students' Associations In Local Universities Of Science And Technology In Heilongjiang Province

With the development of modern society the demand for the development of higher education and the comprehensive quality of college students has been put forward higher requirements.College student association is an important position for students of the second class,to a large extent make up for the lack of quality education in universities classroom,plays an important role in cultivating students comprehensive quality and ability.At the same time,it promotes the healthy growth and successful employment of college students to a certain extent.It is a bridge that actively guides college students to the society and adapts to the society.Therefore,a clear understanding of the current situation and problems of the development of college student associations in China is not only conducive to the full implementation of the quality education of college students,but also provides a strong guarantee for the successful development and employment of College students.This thesis takes Heilongjiang Province local science and engineering management of college student associations as the research object,using management theory,humanism theory and pragmatism theory,the theory of people's all-round development and organization as the theoretical basis of research.Based on the literature search and data sorting,and the investigation of the two local Polytechnic Colleges in Heilongjiang Province,summed up the management problems in the development of college students associations,including the old management mode,management system is not perfect,lack of guidance and the network function has not yet been fully developed,and causes on these issues were analyzed on the basis of this,around the management principle,management system and management methods and other aspects of the Heilongjiang provincial science and technology management of College Student Association,has provided a guarantee to give full play to the science and Engineering University Students Association Education Function for the realization of Heilongjiang Province in china.I hope that the research results of this paper can give some useful reference to the students in Colleges and Universities.
