Study On The Incubation Base Of Social Work In Social Organization

Hunan Provincial Civil Affairs Department Xiangmin letter {2016}21 document on the implementation Plan for the Construction and Management of the Social Organization differentiation Base:on end of 2016,it will be at the provincial level.Under the jurisdiction of 14 cities in the province and 122 county administrative units,this means that there will be 137 incubating bases in Hunan Province,which will be a large number.Through the field investigation of the incubation base of social organization in a district of Xiangtan city,and taking the case of the incubator x social work service center as a case study,the author clarifies that social work has great influence on the incubation base of social organization by combining the theory with the case analysis.Some suggestions are put forward for the development of social organization incubating base in Hunan province.This paper uses the method of literature research and participatory observation to collect the data and analyze it,and tries to make the research possible to regulate and rigorous.In this paper,the author tries to show readers the Hunan model with Hunan logo and characteristic,such as the model of Shanghai Pudong,the mode of "love morality","people volunteer workers" and the BOT model of Sichuan community.
