Research On The Path Of Social Work Participation In Community Voluntary Organization Incubation After Leaving The Unit ——Takes The Q Community In Z City As An Example

Unit system played an important role in social integration during the founding of New China,but with the continuous development of national economy,it gradually declined,and the focus of social management shifted to community system.After the transformation from "unit" to "community",there will be a phenomenon that the residents managed by the unit can not adapt to the community management,and the community can not meet the needs of residents in time,resulting in the community in the management and development in a state of stretching.Community social organizations can improve community service system and innovate grassroots social governance in community management,and are also the organizational basis for orderly development of community volunteer services.As an important force in grassroots governance,community voluntary organizations play an important role in promoting the integration of residents,providing community services and coordinating community governance.Therefore,developing community voluntary organizations can help gather volunteer resources and provide more convenient and long-term services for communities and residents.Based on this,this study will take the community under the unit exit to explore the path of social work participation in the incubation of community voluntary organizations under the unit exit.Specifically,the interview method,participatory observation method and questionnaire method are used to collect data,and to carry out preliminary research and demand survey for the community.According to the research results,we will carry out the incubation work of volunteer organizations,formulate the goals and implementation plans of volunteer organizations,carry out training and organization training,resource integration,professional support and collaborative service,and cultivate a volunteer organization serving the community and residents.Among them,social workers play a link role,not only helping the community to cultivate volunteer organizations to solve the needs of residents,but also promoting residents to adapt to community management.Finally,the practice was summarized and evaluated,and the cultivation results of the volunteer organization was shown through the evaluation of the achievement of the activity objectives,organization self-evaluation,third-party evaluation,and self-evaluation of social workers.Therefore,the author summed up the incubation path of community volunteer organizations under the exit of the unit,namely "group + construction" in the early stage,"chain + practice" in the middle stage,and "double exhibition" in the later stage,from which social workers play a role in participating in the whole process and promoting development.From the effect,this incubation path accelerates the process of community management after the unit exit,strengthens the ability of community volunteer service,and better improves the efficiency of community governance.To sum up,this incubation path can provide ideas and reference significance for the incubation of community voluntary organizations under unit exit,but the internal characteristics and needs of different units should be considered and adjusted according to local conditions.
