The Role Of Social Workers In The Process Of Social Organization Incubation

With the development of society,the demand for public services tends to be diversified,and the role of social organizations begins to highlight.In the future,the management function of the Chinese government will be gradually reduced,and more capable social organizations are required to undertake the public functions of the government.The social management pattern of "small government and big society" will be the inevitable trend of social development.However,there are some problems in the development of social organizations,such as lack of professional ability,unimpeded access to policies and resources,and imperfect social support system.At present,the domestic social organizations are difficult to undertake the public service function of government transfer in terms of quantity and quality of service.In this context,the public welfare social organization incubator should be born,and social workers play an irreplaceable role in promoting the development of social organization as a professional force.From the perspective of social work,this paper studies the role of social workers in the incubation process of social organizations based on the theory of strengths and perspectives.At the same time,combined with its own professional practice experience,the incubation process of F social organization incubator in Dongxihu,Wuhan is taken as an example to study and discuss.The article is divided into five parts: the first part,the research background and significance of this study,from the policy analysis,social reality and the author's internship experience in three aspects to introduce the theme of this study,and discuss the research methods and research theory.The second part introduces the general situation and problems of the incubator in the F social organization.This paper mainly introduces the necessity of social workers intervening in F social organization incubation,and demonstrates from two angles: external environment and social workers' ability and superiority.The third part introduces the basic situation and needs analysis of F social organization.Starting from the theory of dominant perspective,this paper analyzes the working principles and hatching ideas under the guidance of the theory of advantage perspective,and introduces the practical process of social workers' intervention in the hatching of F social organization,and discusses the aspects of resource links,work supervision and organizational ability promotion.The fourth part,mainly analysis the role of social workers in the process of F social organization hatching,from the angle of social workers,combined with the promotion of F social organization in the process of incubating,respectively from the role,energy increase,professional methods in three aspects of the detailed analysis of the role.The fifth part,combining the full text,summarizes the conclusion and reflection.The role of social workers in the incubation process of social organizations,the successful experience and the shortcomings that should be avoided are summarized.
