Study On The Cultivation Of College Students’ Team Spirit

Team and cooperation have evolved into an inevitable trend in the era of increasingly sophisticated division of labor in modern society.It is difficult for a person to succeed if he is out of an effective team with the acceleration of the process of Globalization.As an important part of society,college students shoulder the sacred mission of building society.Team spirit must be an indispensable factor for them.However,the concept of team spirit is relatively weak because of the negative effects of the defects of the market economy and the lack of the traditional educational concept.Accordingly,it is very urgent and key to strengthen the cultivation of the team spirit of the Contemporary College Students.This paper will start from the team spirit and take the meaning of the team spirit of the contemporary college students as well as there characteristic and main function as the starting point.Try to clear the structural elements of contemporary college students’ team spirit and improve the effectiveness,relevance and timeliness of the team spirit of college students on the basis of its cultivation by optimizing the operation mechanism and mode of operation.This paper is mainly carried out from the following six parts:Firstly,combing the research status of team spirit and cultivation of contemporary college students,and expounding the research ideas and methods of this paper.Secondly,distinguishing and analysing the concept and definition of team spirit,and defining the meaning,elements and characteristics of the team spirit of college students.Thirdly,explaining the main functions of the cultivation on team spirit of the contemporary college students mainly from the two angles of the individual perspective and the social perspective.Fourthly,analysing the structural elements of the team spirit cultivation of contemporary college students,mainly including the cultivation subjects,thecontents of the cultivation,the cultivation carriers and the cultivation environments.Fifthly,discussing the operation mechanism of college students’ team spirit cultivation,including its internal process operation mechanism and external process operation mechanism.Sixthly,exploring the operation mode of team spirit cultivation of college students,mainly through optimizing cultivation objectives,following the principles of cultivation,dredging the cultivating ways,and innovating cultivation methods.
