Research On The Cultivation Strategy Of College Students’ Team Spirit

In today’s era,the social division of labor more complicated,globalization is deepening and the world is united as a whole.In such an era,it is impossible to be good alone.Only cooperation is wisdom.Only in cooperation can any country,enterprise and individual succeed.Therefore,to have a good team spirit is the requirement of today’s era for everyone.College students in China shoulder the historic task of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.It is particularly important for them to have good team spirit for the development of society and the growth and talents of college students themselves.This paper is divided into two parts: introduction and text.Based on Marxist thought of labor cooperation and collectivism,the Confucian thought of "precious harmony",and Yan Quan theory of management,the text adopts questionnaire survey,literature research and comprehensive analysis to improve the timeliness,reality and operability of the cultivation strategy of College Students’ team spirit.Firstly,on the basis of reading the existing theoretical research results of team spirit,the definition,connotation and functions of team spirit are summarized.In addition,the view that team spirit is a relative concept is put forward,because each person’s team spirit is different in degree and scope of performance.Team spirit that considers from other people’s or collective perspective and has no scope difference is the highest level of team spirit that we have been pursuing.Secondly,by means of questionnaires,this paper examines the current situation of College Students’ team spirit.Through the survey,it is concluded that the overall situation of contemporary college students’ team spirit is optimistic,but there are also some shortcomings.The main shortcomings of College Students’ team spirit are that their collective consciousness tends to be weak,their sense of active cooperation is not high,their sense of team responsibility is more utilitarian,and their willingness to communicate actively is not strong.Therefore,this paper analyses the causes of the above problems from four perspectives of society,family,universities and college students themselves,this paper analyses the reasons for the problems of College Students’ team spirit,which mainly include the negative social phenomena and the impact of wrong ideological trend,the absence of family team spirit cultivation,the imperfect system of team spirit cultivation in Colleges and universities,and the inadequate interpersonal communication ability of College students.Finally,this paper takes the existing problems of College Students’ team spirit as a breakthrough point,takes the collectivist values of our country as the principle,combines the reality of college students’ life,takes universities as the main body of cultivation,and explores the strategies of Cultivating College Students’ team spirit.The cultivation strategies put forward in this paper are as follows: Firstly,the theoretical education of College Students’ team spirit should be carried out through ideological and political theory courses,employment guidance courses and elective course,so as to enhance college students’ awareness of team spirit.Secondly,we should expand the practice platform of Cultivating College Students’ team spirit,and strengthen the training of College Students’ team spirit through team social practice and sports activities,outward bound training activities,graduation internships and network team activities.Thirdly,through the construction of campus culture,concrete measures are put forward to build friendly and cooperative teacher-student relationship,integrate team spirit into quality education evaluation system,and improve the influence of campus material culture,so that the team spirit of college students can be continuously improved in a subtle way.Fourthly,all kinds of organizations in Colleges and universities should give full play to the joint efforts,teaching management departments should guide teachers to infiltrate the cultivation of team spirit into the teaching process.The cultivation of team spirit can also be carried out in the construction of Party and League organizations and the management of schools.All kinds of organizations in schools make full efforts to help the cultivation of College Students’ team spirit.This is the foothold of this article.
