The inequality of education is a major problem in the process of education reform in China.The existence of the widening gap of education has become the most dissonant in the process of harmonious society.This article,based on the Korean minority schools in L City,analyzes the present situation of the education resources in the Korean minority primary and secondary schools,and concludes that the financial resources of the primary and secondary school education of the Korean ethnic minority are beyond the financial resources of the primary and secondary school education in the rural areas,making the primary and secondary school education in the urban Korean minority primary and secondary schools in the conditions of running schools,teachers and the quality of education.It is superior to the primary and secondary school of the Korean nationality in the countryside.This deviation affects the balanced development of compulsory education.This study follows the idea of "putting forward questions-analyzing problems-solving problems",taking the gap between urban and rural areas as an example to investigate the status quality of educational resources allocation and to make suggestions for analysis of the reasons.The main parts of the main part of this article are as follows:In the first chapter,this chapter makes an in-depth discussion on the basic concepts of educational resources and their attributes,and puts forward their own points and opinions.The second chapter explains the basic theory of educational resource allocation.The third chapter,taking the typical Korean primary and secondary schools as an example,investigates the current situation of the allocation of educational resources.It involves education funds,teachers,infrastructure and so on.On the basis of the educational statistics published by the state,a large scale of field investigation has been carried out on the basis of the educational statistics published by the country,and a large number of first-hand information have been used to provide a basis for understanding and grasping the status of rural education.The fourth chapter,taking the typical Korean primary and secondary schools as an example,investigates the reasons and analysis of the imbalance of educational resources allocation.It involves the problems faced in several aspects,such as education funds,teachers' strength,infrastructure and so on,and makes a deep analysis of the problem of urban and rural deviation in the allocation of compulsory education resources.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and suggestion on the balanced allocation of educational resources in the Korean primary and secondary schools.According to the present problems,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward accordingly.In the balanced distribution of high quality teachers,a multi channel supplement of high quality teachers,a reasonable system of teachers' flow of primary and secondary school teachers,a perfect teacher education system,a clear responsibility for the sharing of the funds of compulsory education at all levels,the establishment of the running mechanism of the flow and sharing of the educational resources of the Korean primary and secondary schools,and the improvement of the resources of compulsory education.The law and rules and regulations are set up,and the repetition rate of the basic resources of the weak schools is actively promoted,the quality education resources are further expanded and the overall strength of compulsory education is promoted.
