School is the basic unit of educational reform,and school improvement is a must for education reform.With the development of society,people's thirst for high quality educational resources becomes more and more intensive.The school needs constant change to adapt to the development of society.School education is under a lot of pressure.And school improvement is a complex system that requires not only internal energy construction,but also external support.Multiparty cooperation is an effective way for school improvement.In the current education reform practice,the cooperation modes of various universities and primary and secondary schools are constantly emerging.It has achieved certain results,but it still faces many difficulties.How to get out of the cooperation dilemma is a difficult problem to be solved in the school improvement at present.It is of great significance to comprehensively analyze the course of cooperation between universities and primary and secondary schools,and to analyze the influence factor and cooperation mechanism of cooperation.The research is based on a case study of a new high quality school development project which is cooperated by a research community composed of scholars from some Universities from N City,J Province and the Education Bureau of Q District of N city as well as seven primary and secondary schools of its subordinates.Taking the subject of the project participation as the research object,it adopts the qualitative research methods such as interview,observation and document collection to collect data,completely revealing the practical course of this cooperation.This paper introduces the background of cooperation,cooperation content,cooperation process,the form of cooperation,cooperation result,analyzing the factors affecting the effects of cooperation and the problems in the cooperation process,and putting forward the corresponding countermeasure.The operation of “R-A-S” cooperation is due to the common vision and needs of the three parties.The cooperation content gradually focuses on the school culture construction and the school curriculum planning.The cooperation has gone through the three stages of negotiation start-up stage,implementation stage and summary stage.The form of cooperation is a kind of common growth based on negotiation and dialogue.Through cooperation,the leadership of the principal of the cooperative school has been promoted;teachers' awareness of professional autonomy has beenenhanced;regional education has formed a good atmosphere for development;the "Pando" research community from the den to the field,communicating the education theory and practice.It is found that the effect of “R-A-S” cooperation is influenced by the cooperation subject and the cooperative mechanism.In terms of the cooperation subject,the cultural pattern of the cooperative three parties,the common belief and vision of the three parties,the knowledge and ability of the three parties,the emotional relationship between the three parties;the leaders of the three parties all have an impact on the effectiveness of the cooperation.From the cooperation mechanism,the goal and content of the cooperation,the organization and management of the three parties,communication and coordination among the three parties,support and guarantee of cooperation,and the evaluation of the effect of cooperation also has an important impact on the cooperation.On this basis,the research has constructed the operation mechanism of “R-A-S” cooperation.It includes the occurrence mechanism,the target mechanism,the content mechanism,the organization mechanism,the communication mechanism,the dynamic mechanism,the guarantee mechanism and the evaluation mechanism.According to the results of the study,we put forward the corresponding promotion countermeasures,including strive for a wider range of trust and support from the education administration and parents,improving the professional ability of the cooperation subject in many ways,take measures to improve the participation of teachers and students,rebuild the school cultural,improving the operation mechanism of “R-A-S”cooperation,reducing the scale of cooperation and strengthening the strength of the community,cross-regional linkage,expanding influence and so on.
