Research On The Mechanism Of Local Vocational Education School Enterprise Cooperation

The school enterprise cooperation mechanism depends on the needs of market and society,which is a process of cultivating talents by school and enterprises,and its emphasis is to improve students’ employment competitiveness.According to the different education environment and resources between school and enterprises,this mechanism adopts the combination form of classroom teaching and practice teaching to cultivate practical talents.In recent years,with the development of China’s vocational education reform,this mechanism has enhanced the competitive power of school and enterprise.Experience shows that if the government plays a leading role and establish relevant policies to stimulate the enthusiasm of enterprises and vocational colleges,its school enterprise cooperation will run smoothly and promote the development of enterprises and schools.Therefore,the research of school enterprise cooperation mechanism of China’s vocational education and applying it into local school enterprise cooperation is very significant.Jiaozuo City has developed a series of practices and explorations on vocational school enterprise cooperation.Relying on government building platform and local industrial superiority,order training,construction of vocational education group and campus productive training base and other operation modes have formed.Meanwhile,the establishment of the promoting mechanism,increasing investment and the development of vocational education group are the key guarantee of school enterprise cooperation.However,there are many problems in the city’s school enterprise cooperation.For example,the local economy restricts the effective development of school enterprise cooperation;the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in school enterprise cooperation is not high;school enterprise cooperation field in vocational education is narrow and the depth is not enough.By comparing and drawing lessons from the domestic and foreign research results,the paper puts forward a more reasonable operation mechanism of vocational education school enterprise cooperation.Through questionnaires,interviews and other ways,the current situation and existing problems of school enterprise cooperation in vocational education of Jiaozuo are researched.Basing on the statistical data,the problems and causes in the mechanism of school enterprise cooperation in local vocational education are analyzed systematically.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the improvement of the operation of school enterprise cooperation in Jiaozuo and provides theoretical guidance for the concrete operation of our country’s school enterprise cooperation.
