As China's Reform and Opening-up reached its 3rd decade,Chinese career women of childbearing age have become a crucial part of Social Human Resources,thus,their work values have taken profound changes as society develops.Now,the work values of Chinese career women during childbearing age not only maintains its original common characteristics,but also features new distinctivenesses.The work values of career women at childbearing age is their evaluation criteria for people and events encountered at work,the experience and thoughts about their jobs.It affects work behaviors such as employment intetion,job involvement,work performance and resignation intention and so forth.Therefore,an organization needs to comprehend the work values of career women of childbearing age to achieve higher HR management enhancement and create,adjust its HR management measures.Based on summary of relevant documents about work values,attitude and behaviors,this research will take career women of childbearing age as subjects to discuss and analyze the features of subjects' work value systems and the effects on work attitude and behaviors with the combination of theoretical and pratical analysis and the introduction of Demographic variables.This thesis will firstly define relevant definitoins through comprehension of related documents;Secondly,a research approach should be carded and a research frame and hypothesis will be proposed.With reference to relevant measurement scales,the research survey will be formed for conducting investigations.Finally,the data obtained should be analyzed with multivariate statistical analysis to reach a conclusion with practical proposals.The results indicates that the work values,work attitudes and behaviors of Chinese career women at childbearing age would show major difference under different circumstances of demographic characteristics.The linear correlativity between work values and work attitudes and behaviors is prominent,the research hypothesis is tested.
