The eighth elementary education curriculum reform clearly put forward to change the curriculum implementation which emphasis on learning by rote,mechanical training.Advocating them to become independent,explore and collaborative students.In order to actively promote the reform of the basic education curriculum in our country------to cultivate students' autonomy,cooperation and exploratory learning ability.It is become a new goal and requirement in teaching.With the developing of curriculum and teaching reform,cooperative learning theory has become a hot topic of education reform in China.It is a trend of teaching reform in China to establish the study group of students.Primary school is a basic stage to train primary students to be independent,cooperative and explore learning habits and learning ability.The cooperative learning style of the group is in line with the learning characteristics of primary school students and is conducive to the cultivation of students' cooperative awareness,cooperative spirit and cooperation ability.And cooperative learning group the effect will be affected by educators education concept,teachers' comprehensive quality and teaching ability,teaching reflection and guarantee,so all have different effect on group cooperative learning practice.Late because of the influence of southern Xinjiang region education teaching reform idea,teachers' understanding of new teaching goals and teaching form is not enough in-depth,and teachers' teaching skills and teaching skills shortage,lead to Nanjiang area school group cooperative learning in primary school teaching the effect not beautiful.Therefore,it is necessary to put forward effective strategies to improve the scientific and practicality of cooperative learning in primary school teaching.In this paper the research object is the group cooperative learning in primary school Chinese teaching,follow the theoretical research,empirical analysis,the thinking of countermeasures,on the basis of literature reading and comb,design E middle school or primary school students for cooperative learning group questionnaire in Chinese teaching.Through questionnaire and classroom observation,the main problems are summarized in the questionnaire and classroom observation: the group cooperation is not active,the participation degree of students is uneven,and the group cooperation is not successful.The main reason is: students lack a comprehensive understanding of cooperative learning group,the teacher does not correct Students errors who participate in the group cooperative learning in time,students' lack of cooperation consciousness and skills,team division of labor is not clear,the student responsibility to perform poorly.Teachers are: the problems of study group division is unreasonable,group within the division of labor is not clear,responsibility implementation does not reach the designated position,the teaching content is not suitable for the development of the cooperative learning group,the teacher to the students lack of positive incentives,teachers' lack of procedural instruction to the student,teacher and the study group of the evaluation to the student does not reach the designated position,teachers' lack of a comprehensive understanding of cooperative learning theory level,teachers' lack of control ability in cooperative learning group.The main reason is that the teacher lacks professional knowledge in the theoretical level of cooperative learning,and the teacher lacks the team to study the organization and control ability.For Chinese teaching in middle school or primary school group cooperative learning E main existing problems and reasons,this paper attempts to put forward the corresponding strategy,namely to cultivate students' cooperation consciousness and skills,improve teachers' comprehensive quality and teaching ability and strengthen the external supervision and guarantee for cooperative learning group.
