With the advance of Sanda’s internationalization process,requires us to keep improving athletes’ physical fitness level while maintaining our technical and tactical advantages.Physical fitness plays an important role for athletes to improve their athletic ability and performance of the game.This study takes the elite men’s Sanda athletes’ physical training as the research object,and uses the method of literature,the expert interview method,the questionnaire survey method,the experimental method and the Statistics method to analyze the physical demand of the Sanda competition,based on a large number of literature research results and expert interviews,this paper constructs the theoretical system of physical fitness training of elite male Sanda athletes and makes an empirical study,and the results are as follows:1.Through the statistics of the net time for gaming of outstanding Sanda athletes in the game,on the basis of the relevant research results of energy metabolism system theory,this paper deduces that the energy metabolism system in a Sanda competition is mainly supported by the energy supplies from anaerobic lactic energy and anaerobic non-lactic acid energy,on this basis,combined with the change of athletes’ heart rate and after-game immediate blood lactic acid test,it is further proved that the energy supplies for the athletes in the game is mainly supported by anaerobic lactic energy and supplemented by aerobic energy supply.2.Based on the analysis in the perspective of the technical actions and the Sanda competition rules,it shows that the demand for physical performance of the elite men’s Sanda athletes is more comprehensive,and which has higher requirements for strength,speed,endurance,coordination sensitivity and flexibility.According to the weight values of all above elements,it comes to a conclusion that the order of importance in the Sanda competition is: strength,endurance,speed,coordination sensitivity and flexibility.3.The physical training system of elite male Sanda athletes consists of target system,content system,method system,periodic system and recovery system.The goal of physical training is to improve athletes’ ability and performance of the game by enhancing strength,endurance,speed,coordination sensitivity and flexibility;The content of physical training is mainly centered on strength trainings including maximal muscle force training,speed strength,exclusive force,strength endurance,core stability and strength,and strike-resistance;trainings for reaction speed,footwork speed and movement speed;coordination sensibility training;flexibility training;physical training method is a specific arrangement for strength,endurance and speed training content,it is available for the athletes to choose flexibly specific training methods based on the settings of training apparatus and operation procedure;physical training cycle is mainly based on the plate cycle theory,in accordance with the accumulation of plates,conversion plate,to achieve the plate three sections of the characteristics of their respective arrangements and the specific circumstances of the athletes reasonable physical training arrangements;the recovery of physical training includes soft tissue recovery,flexibility recovery,exercise recovery,massage recovery,psychological recovery,spa recovery.4.The empirical study shows that the Physical Training Intervention Program which is based on systematic design of physical training can in some extent could effectively enhance the Sanda athletes’ level of strength,endurance,speed,coordination sensitivity and flexibility,and improves the FMS score and muscle strength of elbow joint and knee joint,significantly improves their success rate of skilled movements like boxing skills,kicking tricks,wrestling technique in the game. |
