Research On The Factors And Countermeasures Of Training Reserve Talents In Chinese Race Walking Events

China's track and field team want to improve the level of track and field,and become a powerhouse of track and field,not only do a good job of China's track and field advantage projects,but also need to track and field project reserve personnel echelon scientific and sustainable construction.In recent years,China has begun to attach importance to cultivating the talents of reserve personnel through the state support and policy changes and has built up a reserve personnel team.At this stage,our country will encounter many difficulties and problems in the early stage of construction and development.It is the most important task for us to complete the construction of the echelon and enhance the performance of athletes and solve many problems.Through the field test to the camp base,the investigation shows that there are some problems in the personnel training of the reserve personnel bases.Through the interview with related experts,the paper summarizes the problems.Evaluate and analyze relevant issues,put forward reasonable solutions and measures for solving problems,and provide valuable suggestions and opinions for the training of China's reserve personnel.The research object of this article is athlete of walking talent reserve base.With the aid of literature and information,expert interviews,questionnaire survey and fieldwork,we conducted in-depth investigations from the reserve managers' bases,coaches and athletes,analyzed the problems that emerged in the training of reserve personnel,Policies and specific circumstances to identify the main factors that affect the cultivation of reserve personnel and find out the relevant information and surveys and put forward solutions to problems so that reserve personnel training more effectively carried out is our national track and field faster development.The conclusions are as follows: 1?There are not many coaches in walking race,the academic structure is reasonable,there are more young coaches,and the coaching experience needs to be strengthened.2? For trainers,coaches should give more training and learning opportunities.For sports,the solution to the "contradictions in learning and training" and the "combination of training and education" need to be better implemented in the training of reserve personnel.Reserve talent Athletes need to learn more time.3? walking race project base due to less funding,training required for sports venues and equipment is not enough for athletes and coaches use;reserve personnel base medical facilities are not sufficient base construction material protection for athletes and coaches imperfections.4? less scientific research personnel,backup talent base scientific research needs to be strengthened,coaches scientific research needs to be improved.
