The object of the general high school education in the county have significant differences in learning ability,interest,learning style,and knowledge acceptance.Teachers should teach students in accordance with their aptitude based on the unique attributes of different students.At present,there are many studies on the direction of individualized teaching strategies,high quality and remarkable results.But the researchers believe that the teaching strategy that can be implemented in the county high school is still a little limited.Therefore,based on various theories,based on the summary of previous research results,combined with the actual situation of physical learning of County senior high school students,the researchers explored the personalized teaching strategy of physics and put it into practice.The main work of this study includes:First,we compare and analyze the theory and practice strategy of physical individualized teaching materials,find out the deficiencies in the research process,and define the related concepts in this study.Second,we make a questionnaire survey of general high school students in the city,clear that individualized teaching in the actual existence problem which need to be solved in the county general high school physics.Third,under the guidance of relevant theories,we study personalized teaching strategies for physical education in County senior high schools,and we will infiltrate teaching strategies into all aspects of teaching and carry out teaching practice.Forth,we utilize educational measurement method to detect the actual learning effect,through the analysis of software for data processing,analyze the effectiveness of the construction of teaching strategies from horizontal and vertical two aspects,so as to make the practice effect intuitive.Fifth,we sum up the results of practice,form research conclusions,and take this as the basis to expand research reflection.Through theoretical and practical research,the following conclusions are formed.The rational use of individualized teaching strategy improves the physical learning effect of the students in the experimental class.Intuitively,the effectiveness and maneuverability of the teaching strategy are proved.It shows that the practice of teaching strategies has a positive impact on the physics teaching in the county general high school.In the physical individualized teaching strategy constructed by this study,reading stories are replaced by performing stories,demonstration experiment are replaced by film,results evaluation are replaced by thought evaluation.They transcend their predecessors in the previous studies and have a good theoretical basis.Through systematic practice test,it has operational value.The direction of innovation has its contemporaneity,which is in line with the individualized needs of the contemporary students.
