The current mental health education attaches great importance to the state and society;Weakening and exam-oriented education of neglect,emotional value,also called the school education to cultivate the students' positive psychological quality,so as to enrich and improve the students' personality;Adolescent mood swings in junior high school students,but also need timely to education,guidance,and positive psychological quality helps to promote the stable and perfect personality;And to penetrate psychological health education in classroom teaching,is more conducive to cultivate students form good psychological state,thus to create high-quality talent will actively adapt to the environmentThis study carefully combed the existing research results at home and abroad,and considering the positive psychological quality education is not a teacher,can complete the task of course,but need full participation.Positive psychological quality plays an important role in Chinese teaching.this study attempts to psychology and Chinese subject teaching,according to exam outline requirements selected title,and combining with the concept of positive psychology,design and implementation of the junior middle school Chinese teaching and the students' positive psychological quality training of combining the lesson 10 times,the three stages of action research.The first stage is to establish the problem,formulate the teaching plan,implement the teaching and reflect after class.In the first stage,students are not familiar with new forms of teaching and positive mental quality;The aim of teaching is to cultivate positive psychological quality.The second stage is to revise the teaching plan,re-implement and reflect on the problems found after the first stage of reflection.The second stage of discovery is The problem design should be able to guide students to actively explore the contents of positive psychology contained in the text Class summary forms need to be diversified to enhance students' interest in learning.In the third stage,the problems in the first stage are corrected,and then the teaching plan,re-implementation and re-reflection are formulated for the problems in the second stage.Through three stages of action research through the observation of classroom teaching,analysis of the teaching material content,to penetrate to the cultivation of students' positive psychological quality in classroom teaching,the analysis of the results of the study and comparison,this study found that:(1)the mental health education in junior middle school language discipline teaching seepage is feasible,can use tone and expression,action expression.Students show positive psychological quality of love,love of learning,hope,perseverance,and gratitude have obvious promotion,.(2)in the junior middle school language teaching material content contains the rich content of positive psychology.By analyzing the characters of the main characters in the teaching,we can excavate the character advantages that the characters possess.Including curiosity,love of learning,open thinking,creativity,social intelligence,insight;Courage and perseverance;Kindness,love;Team spirit,fairness;Self-control,caution and modesty;Beauty,gratitude,hope,spirituality,forgiveness,humor,passion.(3)positive education under the background,through the analysis of the link class,Chinese text content and discusses the way and to penetrate psychological healthy education in Chinese subject teaching.(4)in the positive psychology concept under the guide of junior middle school language classroom summary in addition to knowledge,also can exercise their thinking ability,sublimation positive psychological quality of students.According to the research results,this study put forward the following Suggestions:(1)to the mental health education and the integration of teaching,and will actively infiltrated the cultivation of the psychological quality of teaching,especially in the Chinese language teaching,pay attention to the tone,expression,action,etc.,inspire their positive emotion,this is a beneficial complementarity of the mental health education,help to cultivate students good character.(2)to give full play to the language teaching content of congenital advantage,mining which contains the content of positive psychology,combining knowledge learning and personality cultivation,through the concept of positive psychology consciously students character shaping.(3)shall transfer the positive psychology concept permeates the whole process of Chinese teaching,the specific ways include make full use of each link of the process of teaching,mobilizing the factors of both teaching and learning.From the teaching design to the implementation of teaching,from the content of teaching to the form of teaching,the positive psychological quality of students is cultivated from all aspects.(4)the summary part in class with the help of a rich interesting form(e.g.,a mind map,sitcoms,paintings,etc as vivid and more attractive)motivate the students'positive emotions,positive psychological quality and sublimate.
