The application of Open Knowledge Community in social learning has been quite extensive. The group gathered by the Internet has created a new way of learning through creating and sharing.Openness of the open knowledge community is benefited from the rapid development of information technology. In the new generation of Internet era,the convenience of learners to create and share knowledge has greatly improved, and the Open Knowledge Community has become an important source of knowledge for the learners. It is the core of this paper that how to effectively apply the advantages of Open Knowledge Community to school education for providing convenient services for students' creating and sharing knowledge.First, through literature research, the author summarizes the existing theories of Open Knowledge Community, summarizing the definition and basic characteristics of Open Knowledge Community, narrating the inner principle of knowledge creation and the driving factors of knowledge sharing under different theories.Based on the related research of Multiple Choice Questions, this paper introduces the positive significance of students' creation of Multiple Choice Questions on learning, how the teachers organize the students to create Multiple Choice Questions to carry out teaching, and the application form of Multiple Choice Questions in the computer platform.Based on the characteristics of school education, this paper puts forward the advantages of the Open Knowledge Community in school education and analyzes the driving factors for students to contribute knowledge to the Open Knowledge Community, and summarizes the unique advantages of the Multiple Choice Questions for the students to use open knowledge communities to study.Secondly, the author selects college students who have frequent contact with the network as the research object to conduct a questionnaire survey, from the understanding of students' knowledge of creating knowledge, the use of open knowledge communities, the significance of open knowledge communities, the possible shortcomings of open knowledge communities in social learning, the possibility of open knowledge in the application of school education, and the application of multiple options in the open knowledge community,in order to understand the current situation of the use of the existing Open Knowledge Community, the needs of the students in school learning for the Open Knowledge Community and the possible problems in the Open Knowledge Community in the socialized learning.Through data processing, the following results are obtained:(1)That students can create knowledge to be fully recognized;(2)Accessing to the Open Knowledge Community is a student's routine life behavior;(3)Students can benefit from the Open Knowledge Community;(4)There is a certain deficiency in the Open Knowledge Community;(5)There is better application condition for Open Knowledge Community in school education.(6)Students are willing to use Multiple Choice Questions to create problems in Open Knowledge Community. Finally, based on the conclusions of literature research and the results of questionnaire data analysis, based on the needs of the students, this paper briefly analyzes functional requirements and non functional requirements, and designs an open knowledge system for students to develop knowledge creation, sharing and peer review around Multiple Choice Questions. This paper describes the design process of Open Knowledge Community System, including front-end analysis, function structure design and database design. Then, through the C#programming language, the author uses the Microsoft Visual Studio open tool to realize the development and test of the Open Knowledge Community System, and explores the application effect of the system, obtaining a more positive application effect.
