The problem of labor relations is one of the most popular social hot spots in recent years.Labor relations are the most important and extensive social relations in the employment organization.In the new era,the party and government of China put forward the concept of building a "harmony du hui",and the premise and basis of social harmony are harmonious labor relations.The complexity of labor relations is very complex,governments at all levels although China has enacted laws and regulations and policies about improving enterprise labor relations and achieved remarkable results,but the enterprise labor relations tension,increased conflicts in labor situation has not changed completely,increasing labor conflicts and disputes.The vigorous stimulation of labor conflict not only has bad influence on enterprises and workers,but also affects the sustainable development of national economy and social stability and unity.Is in the process of implementing labor,labor relations between workers and labor users formed a kind of social economic relations,involving the government,enterprises,trade unions and the floorboard of the various relationships between staff.For the study of labor relations,the western capitalist countries represented by the United States and the United States have formed the mature labor relations theory.The practice of western labor relations has gone through more than 200 years of history.In strict sense,the labor relations in our country have gone from forming until now to the last twenty years.Faced with the impact of market economy,China's labor relations are still very weak and immature.Therefore,in the process of studying the labor relations of Chinese enterprises,we should draw on the mature labor relations theory of western capitalist countries.At the same time,because of Chinese and western in the level of economic development,social systems and cultural traditions and so on various aspects have very big difference,so the theory of western labor relations on the basis of study of our country enterprise labor relations,to further the current situation of labor relations of our country.Therefore this article through the analysis of present situation of labor relations,and according to much starker choices-and graver consequences-in period the change of economic environment and policy,the adjustment of laws and regulations can be used to predict the trend of the labor relations and the construction of harmonious labor relation model and evaluation model to build,finally it is concluded that the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
