The Amateur Training Of College P.E. Teachers In Henan Province Current Situation And Countermeasure Research

"To strengthen the guidance of PE teachers to students ' amateur sports activities is an important factor to improve the efficiency and quality of amateur training of school students." The policy of "Strengthening the youth physical education and enhancing the physical and mental health of the students" and "the opinions on strengthening the school sports to promote the all-round development of the student's body and mind",which is the important basis for the amateur training in colleges and universities.At present,the ordinary colleges and universities in Henan Province have formed a group of amateur training teams with different organizational forms,some of the teams are also equipped with a certain physical education teachers,Henan Province Education Department in the university's scope for more than 10 consecutive years,Henan Province University students "Huaguang Cup" series of sports events,however,in the support of policy documents,in the series of competitions held,The development of students ' sports training in Henan province is slow,and the project development is not equal.Based on this,the paper adopts the literature method,questionnaires,interviews,mathematical statistics,logical analysis,systematically analyzed the current situation of amateur training of PE teachers in Henan province,summed up the existing problems,and put forward measures to further enrich the current theoretical system of amateur training of college students,This paper has a systematic understanding and understanding of the present amateur training status of college P.E.teachers in Henan Province,provides necessary guidance for perfecting the management system and plan of PE teachers in colleges and universities,strengthens the quality and efficiency of amateur training for P.E.teachers,and strengthens the students ' sports development level in Henan Province.The findings are as follows:(1)Most colleges and universities in Henan Province have set up amateur sports teams,which mainly have football,basketball,badminton,aerobics and so on,the sports teams are mainly in the form of teams,clubs,interest groups and so on,and the development level is relatively good.(2)in Henan Province,most of the PE teachers in the school sports teams and sports clubs in the amateur training work,with the intention to be divided into active and passive two kinds of situation and passive majority,and the main purpose is to meet school requirements,personal interests,student invitations,evaluation titles and so on."Learning and training contradictions" is one of the factors that affect the enthusiasm of PE teachers to take part in amateur training.(3)The types of sports instructors with amateur training in Henan province are mainly class,grade,school-level sports teams,students spontaneously organized sports teams,sports clubs and so on,and the sports project has football,basketball,aerobics,table tennis and so on.(4)The main work of PE teachers in Henan province in the amateur training is sports training,organizing competitions and recruiting players.The training situation mainly involves the training content setting,the training time arrangement,the training method choice,the training plan formulation and so on.(5)The return of PE teachers in Henan province is mainly based on salary income,satisfying individual interest,evaluating title and achieving sense of achievement,but most teachers have relatively low satisfaction to the return,the lack of attention to the leadership and insufficient funds are the main reasons.(6)The training effect of the amateur training of PE teachers in Henan province is mainly judged by the result of participating in the sports competitions in Henan province,and the training effect of some colleges and universities is relatively good.Students think that the effect of amateur training in improving sports skills,rules and practical ability of the more prominent,but teachers and students of the overall amateur training effect evaluation is not high.(7)The problems of amateur training of P.E.teachers in colleges and universities in Henan province,including the lack of guidance from PE teachers in most amateur training groups,the content of amateur training is not perfect and the lack of plan is outstanding,the teacher takes the amateur training intention low and the reward incentive effect is poor,the amateur training is out of the sports public elective course and weakens its training effect.(8)To solve the problem,we should develop amateur training system and implement excellent student auxiliary training mechanism,strengthen the evaluation and supervision of amateur training content and training plan,rationally allocate work task,strengthen publicity and improve motivation,and put amateur training into public elective course system to improve training efficiency.
