Study On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Physical Education Teachers' In-service Training Of Middle School In Yucheng Of Henan Provice

With the development and progress of the society, human demand on knowledge and skills has been increasing with each passing day. Human social development and progress can not do without education, whose development is inseparable from teachers. Along with the deepening and further development of education reform of all countries around the world, it is increasingly realized that teachers play an important role in education reform. Without teachers' active participation and assistance, any education reform cannot gain tangible result. As the major participants, the improvement of teachers' self-quality has a great effect on the development of education in our country.At the age of knowledge economy, teachers are no longer the pure knowledge initiators, but should be the practitioners and innovators of education. The development of teachers is the premise of students' development. Therefore, teachers must ensure their sustainable development to promote the students' healthy development. However, as the renewal and replacement of physical education content appears more often than that of other subjects, the teaching duties physical education teachers assume are more tedious. On that count, on-the-job training plays an important role in developing PE teachers' knowledge capacity. With the implementation of overall quality-oriented education, all elementary schools and middle schools are speeding up the process of physical education reform. School education has set higher demands for PE teachers' quality, so the training for PE teachers is extremely urgent. Only the new-style PE teachers can keep up with the development of the times, fit the development of knowledge economy and meet the needs of quality education.By using the documentary method, investigation method, mathematical statistics, logical analysis and so on, the paper surveys the on-the-job training state of the PE teachers in middle schools in Yucheng county. Thorough the study, the author finds out the problems of PE teachers' on-the-job training and the influencing factors, and puts forward the corresponding measures, which provide the theoretical basis for further strengthening the PE teaching staff in Yucehng middle schools and enacting and improving the relevant policies, making later PE teachers' on-the-job training more targeted and effective.According to the research, PE teachers' on-the-job training in Yucheng middle schools has the following problems: First, Some PE teachers make light of and have no enthusiasm for on-the-job training; Second, School leaders pay no attention to PE teachers' on-the-job training; Third, The training form is monotonous, and the content is lack of pertinence; Fourth, The fund for the training is insufficient; Fifth, The training lacks effective incentive measures; Sixth, The evaluation method is unsound and is lack of tracking teaching quality after the training.To improve the PE teachers' on-the-training state in Yucheng middle schools, several methods can be adopted:First, To enlarge propagation for policies and regulation of PE teachers' participating in on-thejob training in Yucheng middle schools;Second, To change education concept of PE teachers and promote their enthusiasm for participating in the training;Third, To improve the pertinence and utility of the training content;Fourth, To plan the training time reasonably, to solve the contradiction between the wok and learning and increase the frequency of training;Fifth, To increase the investment in PE teachers' on-the-job training and establish fund share system;Sixth, To further improve the evaluation and incentive system of PE teachers' on-the-job training in Yucheng middle schools;Seventh, To develop the activity of “ sending teachers to the countryside”vigorously.
