Self-control is an important manifestation of the development of self consciousness and maturity,but also reflects the individual subjective initiative,for children,there are differences in the degree of self-control,self-control if the individual and collective development lags behind,there may be abnormal behavior,one aspect that affects its own development,on the other hand for teaching management will have a negative impact.The author in the work practice found that the primary school Grade three or four problem students are particularly easy to fight because of small things,and the incidence of such problems is much higher than other age,this is not only the impression of students' own development,but also is not conducive to class management.In this regard,this article hopes to design a set of effective training program for primary school students self-control,combined with my experience of social work learning,put forward the use of group work mode to build collective activities,enhance the self-control ability of primary school students.In addition to the use of group work method in the activity design,this paper also refers toFreud psychoanalytic automatic control theory,Bandura's social learning theory and other behavioral psychology knowledge,which is used to build the group work activity program.It includes seven stages: group cognition,self-control cognition,sense cognition of self-control development,exploration and optimization of self-control training method,effect sharing of group activities,reflection of group activities,summarization and test.According to the working plan of the group work,the experiment lasted for 12 weeks.After the experiment,the problem of all participants in the experiment the behavior of students self-control got effective development,proved that the joint social group work mode can effectively promote the development of primary school students self-control learning situation.Proved for primary school students at the same time,the collective training activity is superior to the effect of individual autonomy,it is recommended that can be carried out in the group work practice higher frequency and longer a single class group work activities;Were also found in the contrast experiment,the team work control problem behavior not only can effectively improve students self-control development effect,at the same time also can be beneficial to students with no self-control problems have a certain degree of self-control development promotion effect,visible team working mode can adapt to different levels of self-control problems,therefore also has high universality in application.In addition,this paper also combined the experimental results to make some specific Suggestions on the use of group work to improve students' self-control,teachers and students' one-on-one self-control.Through this article research,hoping to workers,classroom teachers for elementary education management work methods,such as reference,also hope to be able to provide effective case reference for similar theoretical study.
