Self-control is one initiative of the performance, an individual on their own initiative to master the psychology and behavior. Understanding and its psychological process of children plays a dominant role and regulation, self-control and therefore plays an important role not only in the psychological development of the child, but also for the future development of the child also plays a profound impact. As the city parents of children left behind unilateral or bilateral long-term overseas workers, leading only on behalf of children left behind by the grandparents custody, this lack of family structure and function of the left-behind children in the formative years made the city accompanied by their parents and the lack of support, and regulatory constraints, so they might be discrepancies and difficulties values, behavior and other aspects of daily life, the lack of the necessary self-discipline and control capability. And good self-control will help children develop a strong character will enhance the ability to resist the temptation of the outside world all kinds, while children learn effective self-management, know how reasonable allocation of time to correct the bad habits of children, to help them create a positive and healthy lifestyle.
