Innovation and entrepreneurship are the main driving forces of a country’s economic development,which complement each other,advance together hand in hand and promote social development.The all-round innovation entrepreneurship education of cultivating high-quality innovative and entrepreneurial talents who adapt to economic development and social needs has become the inevitable choice of national development.As a group with innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability,college students have the essential characteristic which determines their main forces of innovation entrepreneurship.And as the core and main forces who directly carry out the innovation of education and entrepreneurship,university teachers’ ability directly determines the success of college students in innovative entrepreneurial activity.Therefore,the research on the cultivation of innovative entrepreneurial teachers is not only a current hot spot,but also a practical problem to be solved especially in achieving the goal of the mass innovation,peoples of entrepreneurship in China.A tutorial system usually refers to a mentoring relationship established between tutors and tutees in an organization.By imparting their own experience,tutors can help the tutees quickly improve their own ability and development.As an important tool to cultivate talents in the organization,the tutorial system is not only effective to guide the tutees,but also offers life care and psychological support.Seting a role model for the tutees and giving great help for the growth of tutees are important ways for talent cultivation in the organization and for talent team construction.At present,few scholars’ research on the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers in universities from the perspective of tutorial system.Therefore,firstly based on social exchange theory and social learning theory,research hypothesis is proposed this paper.Mentoring behavior not only has a positive effect on students’ emotional reactions,learning ability and thinking ability,but also has a positive effect on the teacher’s own professional development and an opportunity to get a reward.Secondly,the positive regulating effect of the tutor’s guidance behavior is verified by selecting K school as the research object and adopting the method of questionnaire and SPSS data analysis.Thirdly,in view of the current training situation of the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial teachers,investigation was made,and the main existing problems have been found.Finally,suggestions of introducing tutorial system in the teachers’ training are proposed and countermeasures and suggestions of establishing a tutorial system are put forward on the basis of the above analysis.This paper presents a research hypothesis and verifies the positive regulating effect of the tutorial system,which is helpful to enrich the empirical research of the tutorial system,guides people to expand the new vision of thinking and research on faculty construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education.It has a certain theoretical and practical significance for providing support and help for the successful implementation of the tutorial system for universities to strengthen innovation and entrepreneurship training and further speeding up the development of creative education.
