College students are the backbone of the country's modernization drive in the future.However,the current freshmen interpersonal relationship exists a certain degree of adaptation,interpersonal communication mode is different from the high school period may lead to some new changes and the role of self adjustment cannot be completed in a short period of time.Therefore,how to help new students to integrate into the new environment as soon as possible,to establish a harmonious interpersonal relationship,is an important subject of school education and social development.Most of the present research for freshmen interpersonal adaptation is through psychological counseling and ideological and political education puts forward ways and Countermeasures to solve the problems,this paper discusses the use of concepts and methods of social work intervention freshmen interpersonal adaptation,has certain research space.This article uses the literature method,the experimental method,the questionnaire survey method and the interview method.The author through to the Electronic Engineering College of Dongguan University of Technology 2015 freshmen 500 people issued 500 questionnaires,the effective recovery of 493 copies of the.And 15 students were selected for semi-structured interviews,and the reasons for the emergence of interpersonal adaptation were summarized.Finally,using the questionnaire in "college students interpersonal comprehensive diagnostic scale"part of 493 people in measurement,higher scores and voluntary interpersonal adaptation 24 students selected group of students,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each group of 12 people.The experimental group was carried out once a week for two months,while the control group did not take any interventions.After the end of the 6 group activities,the experiment group and the control group were tested with the same scale.The comparison of the experimental group and the control group before and after the comparison,the experimental group and the control group were compared before and after the analysis.The statistics and analysis of the questionnaires,the tested freshmen in nearly half of people with interpersonal problems in different degree,and some of the students have less interpersonal problems more serious phenomenon,interpersonal adaptation is not ideal.And the interview content of finishing,the new interpersonal relationship can be concluded as a personal,family environment,the 4 aspects of society.Finally,the overall effect of the team for evaluation and Research on data analysis,adaptation group experiment group involved in the interpersonal relationship,compared to the control group without intervention in "interpersonal relationship scale" scores decreased significantly,while the control group have no significant difference.Reflect the group work method to intervene the university freshmen interpersonal adaptation problem has certain validity.Study on the application of group work methods in university freshmen interpersonal adaptation,on the one hand can provide a new perspective for freshmen education,provides certain theoretical reference for the development of university social work;on the other hand,can help university students smoothly through the turning point in life,for group work within the school to carry out service foundation.
