Pedagogical students for vocational education is the main carrier of future vocational education.To some extent,their willingness for being teachers decides whether they will become teachers and how they treat their work which makes a great sense for the quality of vocational school teachers.This study selected 340 undergraduate pedagogical students for vocational education from school of education science and technology of x university as the research object,combined literature research,questionnaire survey method and interview method to grasp the overall situation of undergraduate students in vocational teacher education.In addition,this study analyzed the factors affecting the willing of being vocational education teachers of the students from the differences of gender,personality,grade,major,education level of parents,relatives in teacher career or not,family location,family income and their perceptions of school training and evaluation.The research shows:The willingness for being teachers of undergraduate pedagogical students of vocational education is low and instable;The girls'willingness is higher than the boys',but the boys 'willingness has much more Stability than the girls';The students whose relatives working as teachers have much willingness than the students who don't have;The teacher has a positive promoting effect on students' willingness;The atmosphere of the college has an important influence on students' willingness to teach.In the end,the research proposed suggestion from the factors:familys,schools and students to improved the undergraduate students' williness to be vocational school teachers.
