In the construction of socialist modernization in the process of our occupation,graduates of the school plays an important role, is China’s adjustment of industrialstructure, vigorously develop the third industry the most important, in the occupationtraining school students, occupation school teachers play an important role, it is toguarantee the development of the school, to guide the students to become the mostimportant power. Management process in the occupation school, establish thecorresponding teacher incentive mechanism, not only can effectively improve theoccupation teacher’s own quality, enhance the enthusiasm of teachers, to maximize the roleof the teacher in the occupation education, at the same time, the incentive mechanism is anurgent need for the development of occupation school.Chongqing several typical secondary vocational school teachers conducted aquestionnaire survey, the results from the survey, we found that the current secondaryvocational school teachers in Chongqing incentives there are still many problems to solvethese problems put forward some corresponding countermeasures.The first part of this article discusses the secondary vocational school teachers inChongqing incentives background, describes the theoretical and practical significance ofthis study, research methods and research objectives.The second part is the main theoretical basis of this study, research status fromconcept motivation, incentives, secondary vocational school teachers incentives content,satisfaction and satisfaction, motivation theory and secondary vocational school teachersabroad several incentives aspects elaborate incentive mechanism to build a completetheoretical framework for teachers in secondary vocational schools in Chongqing.The third part, through several typical Chongqing secondary vocational schoolteachers questionnaire analysis, Chongqing vocational school teacher incentives in theappointment and promotion incentives, assessment incentives, material incentives andtraining incentives elaborate status quo in four areas, and in-depth analysis of Chongqingvocational teacher incentives in inducing factors, behavior-oriented system, themagnitude of the system behavior, spatial and temporal behavior of the system as well asbehavioral aspects of naturalization problems and causes.The fourth part, which is the main part of the paper, by investigating the status of theprevious theoretical knowledge and secondary vocational schools in Chongqing analysis of teacher incentives, teachers explained the selection of the excitation pattern of secondaryvocational school teachers incentives to build the overall the basic ideas and principlessummarized, finally summed up effective measures to solve the problem of teacherincentives secondary vocational schools in Chongqing, which is from the government,schools and teachers to achieve self-starting three incentives for teachers.The fifth part, this part is the conclusion of the paper, on the main conclusionsobtained are summarized.
