Research On Project Operation Of Community Construction

At present,China is in a critical period of social transformation.The construction of urban communities has increasingly attracted the attention of the government.Since the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee put forward the concept of "social governance innovation" for the first time,the topic of "What is the innovation of social governance and how to promote innovation in social governance" emerged in an endless stream.Among them,the community as the basic unit of the social system and the cornerstone of social governance has become the most important grassroots carrier for social governance.Therefore,community governance has become the entry point and key link of social governance.This article focuses on the Q district central financial project as an example,adopts literature research methods,interviews,and participatory observation methods to analyze the project-based operation of community construction,and tries to link communities,residents,and social worker organizations in the form of projects.Within the community,cases,groups,community activities,and skills training services were conducted to analyze what has been achieved in the course of project operations and what problems have been encountered,and then to explore solutions to these problems.In order to understand and grasp the community construction projects brought about changes in community governance,these changes have an impact on residents.In response to this,how project-based operations really play a role in community building.Through project evaluation and research,this paper finds that the project-based operation mode can help the community to create an orderly process.Specifically,it can timely solve the emergent situation in community construction and better balance the relationship between residents' needs and government needs.This will help social-society organizations play better roles between the two,and it will help improve the social effects of case,group,and community work methods in community building,from project declaration to project closure,community residents,and project team members.With the encouragement of the project,the enthusiasm for participation has been greatly improved compared to the past.The author believes that although there are many areas that needto be improved in the way that community-based construction projects are implemented,from the perspective of the residents' feedback after the completion of the project,the community should be involved in the mitigation of the relationship among community residents' committees,community residents,and social worker organizations.The community has created a more harmonious atmosphere.
