Since the 16 th National Party Congress,expanding the orderly political participation of citizens has become the key to the study of socialist democracy.The report of the 19 th National Party Congress pointed out that it is necessary to “expand the people’s orderly political participation and ensure that the people implement democratic elections,democratic consultations,democratic decision-making,democratic management,and democratic supervision according to law”.With the advent of the micro-media era,the Chinese government has actively responded to the trend of historical development and introduced the "Internet + government services" policy.The implementation of this policy has provided momentum for the development of micro media.The development of university students’ orderly political participation has also benefited greatly.However,because of the imperfect development of micro media,it also has various problems in promoting college students’ political participation.Therefore,in the current rapid development of micro-media,it is of great significance both in theory and in practice to thoroughly explore and study the path for micro-media to promote the orderly political participation of college students.After discussing the related theories of political participation and micro-media,this article analyzes in depth the problems that micro-media promotes the orderly political participation of college students,and finally discusses the paths that may advance its development.The paper is divided into four parts,and it is developed according to the logic of asking questions,analyzing problems,and solving problems.The first part,introduction.It mainly includes the background and significance of the topic selection,the research status of domestic and foreign scholars and experts as well as the author’s own research ideas and methods,and finally the innovation and deficiencies of the thesis.The second part is an overview of micro-media and college students’ orderly political participation.This part mainly includes the connotation and characteristics of micro-media;the connotation,mode and role of orderly political participation of college students;the relationship between micro-media and college students’ orderly political participation;and the ways and characteristics of micro-media to promote the orderly political participation of college students.In the third part,the current situation that micro media promotes university students’ orderly political participation.It mainly discusses the achievements,problems,and reasons.In the fourth part,micro the path choice that media promotes university students’ orderly political participation.This part mainly discusses how micro media promotes the orderly political participation of college students from the following five aspects: micro media,college students,universities,governments,and governments and universities.The article starts from micro-media and analyzes the characteristics of micro-media,tries to explore and find a practical path for micro-media to promote the orderly political participation of college students,hoping to continuously enrich and develop the path of orderly political participation of college students in practice.As a new thing,micro media has a subtle and profound influence on college students.Micro media is a "voice tube" for college students.Therefore,it plays an important role in improving college students’ political participation awareness and ability,broadening the participation of college students in political participation platforms and fields.Although micro-media is a new thing,its development is still not perfect,and there are still various problems in promoting the orderly political participation of college students.However,as long as the development of micro-media is continuously regulated,and the unfavorable factors in the development of micro-media are circumvented,the standardization of college students’ micro-political political participation is improved,the normalization of university students’ orderly political participation is achieved,and the ecologicalization of campus micro-media political participation is promoted.With the institutionalization of administrative personnel and government affairs management,and the smooth development of the communication channel between the government and the school’s micro-media,it is possible to unblock the practical path of micro-media to promote the orderly political participation of college students and improve the level of political participation of college students.
