Study On The College Students' Political Participation Under The Backgroud Of Micro-era

Since Microblog went live and was popular among netizens,all sorts of Micro-thing like Wechat,Microfilm,and Micro-public welfare has sprung up.We has stepped into a new information age,Micro-era.The advent of Micro-era has had a profound effect on all aspects of people's daily life even the whole society.Social politics is becoming more secular and civilian.Economic development lays more emphasis on customer,and personalized service has been popular.The grass-roots culture,produced by decentralized mode of transmission,reduce the threshold of professional culture.College students who have a high level of science and culture,is the elite group in youth.They are dominant force in the process of achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Their political participation can produce an effect not only on the current public events,but also on the realization of long-term goal of our country's democratic political construction.With the advent of Micro-era,college students life has changed.And college students' political participation awareness and political participation behavior are both showing a different state from the days before.Based on the related research of Micro-era and political participation,the paper shows the current situation of college students'political participation in dimensions of participation cognition,participation motivation,participation attitude,participation efficacy and participation behavior,by means of questionnaire and interview.The paper points out the problems existing in college students' political participation,and targeted suggestions are put forward.
