Study Of College Students' Political Participation In The Context Of New Media

Based on marxist ideological theory,political science,sociology and journalism and communication related theory as the foundation,through the new media and political participation empirical investigation and data analysis,on the basis of analyzing the existing problems and the reasons,put forward effective measures for college students' political participation under the background of new media.In this paper,we use comparative research,literature research and inductive analysis method,the paper frame is divided into four parts.The first part is about the theoretical overview of college students' political participation in the context of new media.The new media,with the help of digital technology and network technology,can provide comprehensive information services to people by means of computers,mobile phones and digital TV.The theoretical basis of college students' political participation in the new media background is mainly political participation theory,participation in democratic theory and network social theory.There are three main types of participation: active participation,mobilization and passive participation.The political participation of college students in the new media era is not only in common with traditional political participation,but also has a great difference,showing the characteristics of being more active,diverse and disorderly.The second part expounds the current situation and existing problems of college students' political participation under the background of new media.College students questionnaire survey to obtain empirical data analysis as the foundation,from the cognitive status,participation motivation and participation attitude of college students political participation were analyzed,and the new media from the college students' political participation way,content and expression from three aspects of participation on college students' political participation behavior of new media are discussed.Furthermore,the main problems in the political participation of college students underthe background of new media are presented,such as obvious political participation,poor political participation,and disorder of political participation.The third part discusses the cause of the problem of college students' political participation under the background of new media.The problems of political participation of college students in new media era are complex and diverse.First,the economic and political system is imperfect,which shows the negative effect of the market economy,the imperfect political participation system and the imperfect new media supervision system.Second,the university education guidance is not sufficient.The Lord as the ideological and political education in institutions of higher learning,its education effectiveness has the disparity and the insufficiency,and campus political participation practice platform is limited,all become the restriction factor of college students' political participation.Third,family politics BBB 0 function is not obvious.From the perspective of parents' political status and family structure model,the actual effect of education is not obvious.Four is college students' political participation ability is insufficient,economic status is not independence,for the political information screening capacity there is insufficient,some degree of students' psychological development lagging phenomenon,which restricts the ability of the political participation.The fourth part analyzes the effective ways to promote the political participation of college students under the background of new media.New media under the background of college students' political participation ability and the level of ascension,needs the government,university,family and college students their joint efforts and cooperate with each other in many ways,to form effective to promote college students' political participation process of the new media together.One is that the government as an important driving force college students' political participation of new media,the specification shall be protected in the participation mechanism and clear,effective play to the guiding role of the mainstream political culture and perfect new media supervision mechanism of synergy.The second is to cultivate the theoretical level of education college students' political participation,and also to expand the practical platform of university students' political participation,and givefull play to the positive role of student societies.Three is family environment in shaping the college students' political participation has not ignore the important role of cognitive,to actively develop the political education function of family education,construct the democratic decision-making family atmosphere,for the cultivation of college students' political participation ability play a positive role.Four is a college student as the main body of political participation,not only should pay attention to raise their political responsibility consciousness,improve their political cognition,also want to continuously enhance political identification ability,thus,to fundamentally improve the ability to participate in the new media background.
