Mr.Tao Xingzhi is a great people educator and revolutionary in the modern history of China,and he has no reservations to follow the party's party outside the Bolsheviks.Tao Xingzhi's education thought has far-reaching influence,and his teacher's morality is an important part of educational thought.Tao Xingzhi's teacher-educated thought inherited the viewpoint of teacher morality contained in traditional Chinese culture,and critically absorbed foreign excellent teacher morality thought.It was produced in Chinese educational practice activities and formed a unique characteristic of Tao Xingzhi's teacher ethics.Tao Xingzhi's teacher-educated thoughts include the patriotic,love-loving,love-loving,love-teaching teacher-ethic sentiments,selfless dedication,pioneering and innovative,untiring personification,and noble morality.Summing up with Tao Xingzhi's point of view,it is "holding a heart without half-roots grass","love is full of the world","for the sake of hardship,it is willing to be a camel," and "a thousand teachers teach people to seek truth."Thousands of scholars learned to be real people."This article is divided into four parts:The first part: Introduction.This section briefly outlines the background of this topic,studies the theoretical and practical significance of Tao Xingzhi's teacher-ethics,the domestic and international status of Tao Xingzhi's thoughts,the research methods used in this paper,the research ideas followed,and the writing of articles.There are innovations and deficiencies in the game.The second part: Outline of Tao Xingzhi's teacher's morality.This part starts with the domestic situation,the international environment and Tao Xingzhi's own experience formed by Tao Xingzhi's teacher-educated thought,and analyzes the three processes of Tao Xingzhi's thought formation experience: budding period,development period and maturity period.At the same time,it elaborates the theoretical source of the formation of Tao Xingzhi's teacher-ethic thought: theinheritance of ancient Chinese teacher ethics and the criticism and surpassing of western teacher ethics.The third part: the main content and basic characteristics of Tao Xingzhi's teacher's morality.This part elaborates the main contents and basic characteristics of Tao Xingzhi's teacher-educated thought.The main contents of Tao Xingzhi's teacher-educated thought are summed up as follows: patriotism loves the people,love is full of the world;dedication loves teaching,selfless dedication;learning without boredom,pioneering and innovative;Love students,people are tireless;set a good example and serve as a teacher.The basic characteristics of Tao Xingzhi's teacher-educated thought are summarized as follows: Love is the core;the line is the basis;the purpose is the truth;the new is the key.The fourth part: Tao Xingzhi's thought of the teacher's morality and its modern revelation.This part makes an objective assessment of the historical value and historical limitations of Tao Xingzhi's teacher ethics based on the full understanding of Tao Xingzhi's teacher-educated thoughts,and focuses on the modern enlightenment of Tao Xingzhi's teacher ethics.The use of Tao Xingzhi's teacher-educational ethics to explore the theoretical solution to the problem of teachers' moral degradation in the university faculty,including establishing the first awareness of teacher education,enhancing teachers' awareness of self-cultivation,and building a social environment that emphasizes respecting teachers,optimizing teachers German construction operating mechanism.Tao Xingzhi's thoughts on teachers' morality originate from the social environment of internal and external troubles.Tao Xingzhi believes that only through education can change the social status of China's backwardness.Therefore,to devote himself to education practice is a lifetime.Tao Xingzhi has devoted himself to education and selfless devotion.He has become the "teacher for all ages," and is a teacher of the first generation.He is a worthy model to be learned and remembered by the later generations.At the present stage,further study of Tao Xingzhi's teacher-ed-ideology continues to unearth the hidden personal charm of Mr.Tao Xingzhi.The use of Tao Xingzhi's teacher ethics to solve the problem of teachermorality in the current college teacher team,improve the overall quality of the teacher team,construct fresh moral teacher-educational environment is of great significance for accelerating the modernization of education,enhancing the country's cultural soft power,and advancing the construction of socialist spiritual civilization.
