Research On The Application Of Group Work In Self-confidence Promotion Of Higher Vocation College Student

Self-confidence is an indispensable psychological quality in the process of individual growth.It is an important cornerstone of success.It is a prerequisite for promoting the healthy development of the individual.Since the expansion of vocational colleges began to eager to expand the scale of running schools,ignoring the mental health of students,resulting in many students gradually psychological problems,including self-confidence or even inferiority of the most serious psychological.If the school and parents can not be timely guidance of vocational students,long-term will be detrimental to their mental health growth,learning,life has a serious impact.In view of this,the social workers involved not only to improve the level of self-confidence in vocational students,to promote its healthy growth,but also on the family,school education,a strong complement.This study mainly aims at the practical research and exploration of the self-confidence of the vocational students.From the perspective of social work,the group's work is involved in the activities of the students of Y vocational college.Based on the theory of superiority and social learning,the author analyzes the internal needs of self-confidence in higher vocational education,explores the path mechanism of self-confidence through group activities,Analyzes the application of the group work in the promotion of self-confidence of vocational college students,and finds that the work of the group involved in self-confidence has a positive effect.Group activities mainly from five aspects involved,such as academic performance,appearance awareness,love relationships,emotional control and interpersonal relationships.Aimed at group interaction and group experience,social workers guide the team to correctly understand themselves,to explore their own internal potential,enhance self-confidence level.The main conclusions of the study are as follows: It is feasible that the group work method involves the problem of self-confidence promotion.
