The introduction of high-level talents is an effective way.Therefore,the competition between universities focuses on the competition in the talent.Universities have made talents’ introduction policies to improve their wages and increase the investment in term of high-level talents.Admittedly,the strategy of strengthening universities has achieved obvious results to improve the overall strength of colleges and universities.However,introduction of high-level talents cause some new problems in the management of colleges and universities.For example there is inequality between intramural and introduced talents in salary,welfare,scientific research conditions,etc.It may cause conflicts and brain drain;Some universities spend big on the introduction of talents and buy a series of machines for them.But the introduced talents can not adapt to the school culture and resign the posts.That will make equipments unused and waste of resources;There are some bad news about Some universities to damage their reputation.All of these prove that the introduction of high-level talents in universities may be dangerous.What is the risk of high-level talents introduction in universities? What is the risk category? What are the reasons of the risks? How to control risk effectively? It’s an urgent subject to ensure the introduced talents play a part in strengthening the discipline and the quality of talents.Finally that promotes the development of universities.Because the high schools have many functions,such as disciplinary research,social service,personnel training,cultural transmission and innovation.Therefore,the risk of the introduction of high-level talents can have negative effects on universities,the high-level talents,students and even the whole society.In conclusion,the risk of introduction of the high-level talents is to damage the society,organizations and individuals because of the uncertainty of high-level talents.In social aspects,people have the interests supremacy of values.That can destroy the social order and social justice;In organizations,people and post may not match.It may create a “brain drain”,affect the organizational loyalty and impede the development of subjects.In personal,the high-level talents may not adapt to the culture of the college.Because there are short of the fundamental research platform and the universities pay more attention to introduction than management.So they may hinder the high-level talents in their careers.At the same time,if the introduced talent is poor character or demission,that may interfere his students’ philosophy and value.The development of the students may have negative effects.This thesis discusses the risk management of the introduction of the high-level talents.The subject is universities.It is on the basis of the theory of risk management.In consideration,the characteristics of human resources in universities is different from the enterprises,I collect and analyze the risk cases of the introduction of the high-level talents.I reach a conclusion that there are some problems in the program operation of the introduction,which brings some risk.Therefore,the main content of this thesis is analyzing the problems in the program operation of the introduction.First of all,I conclude the risk performance of the introduction of the high-level talents,including the risk of talent-post matching,the risk of the brain drain,the moral hazard and the benefit risk.Secondly,the introduction is from recruitment to management because of that the purpose of the introduction is the effective use.The article takes the whole process as an order to analyze the risk factors of the introduction of the high-level talents.I sum up the main factors are a single evaluation index,the problems in pre-construction,the leaks of incentive mechanism and management mechanism.At last,I combine with the risk categories and factors analysis.And I attempt to make some suggestions to resolve the risk problems.The universities should set up the risk management strategy concept of the introduction of high-level talents,improve the personnel selection mechanism,incentive mechanism and appraisal mechanism.In mainly exist in the management of incentive mechanism is imperfect and assessment mechanism is not perfect.Finally,combining with the above analysis of the risk types and risk factors,this paper attempts to the high-level talents introduction of risk management,puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions,including combing high-level talent introduction strategy of risk management concept,improve the talent selection mechanism,improve the incentive mechanism and perfecting examination management mechanism.Universities are in a state of transition,in the context of that the State Council of China promote the world-class universities and subjects.The social function of the universities is looming larger.The talent competition between universities is increasingly fierce.This paper gives some advices to resolve the risk problems of the introduction of high-level talents on social level,college level and individual level.I hope it can make the recommendation work more normative and efficient. |
