Study On The Management Of Foreign NGO In Hanoi Municipal Government

Vietnam in twenty-first Century,the rapid development of NGO in foreign countries,the Vietnamese government also introduced the corresponding laws and adopt corresponding management methods to manage the Vietnamese foreign NGO,trying to promote the role of foreign NGO in vietnam.Hanoi,as the capital of Vietnam,has a large number of foreign NGO,its current situation is complex,the management is difficult.The purpose of this paper is to study the management of foreign NGO in Vietnam and Hanoi,to find out the problems and reasons in the management,and put forward the scheme of foreign NGO management in Hanoi.The first part of this paper mainly summarizes the research of NGO and Vietnam on foreign related research abroad,present research status and the existing research results,and puts forward the theoretical basis of this paper,provide the basis for the full text of the study.The second part introduces the current situation of foreign NGO in Vietnam,including the stage of development,the role of the development of vietnam.The third part of the Hanoi city management of foreign NGO specific analysis,starting from the aspects of management mechanism,access management,process management,comprehensive analysis of foreign NGO management status of Hanoi City,and the management of paper.The fourth part combined with the current situation of the management of Hanoi city management problems,and analyze the reasons.The fifth part puts forward the corresponding measures to improve the management of foreign NGO in Hanoi.
