Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,health problems of children and adolescents have emerged incessantly,such as the affairs of toxic sunning tracks and the Taojiang tuberculosis infection in 2017,as well as higher rates of obesity and myopia.Sanitary surveillance,as an active and effective means of law enforcement,has become increasingly concerned by society and the public.School is an important place for young people to learn and live,so its sanitary conditions are highly valued.As an essential part of the hygiene measure,sanitary surveillance is a solid guarantee to maintain the health of the majority of young people.Therefore,it is conducive to taking more in-depth research and exploration in this subject,in order to find out its current characteristics,existing problems and reasons,as well as precise measures,which would provide strong compliance for the next step.Quantified and classified management is a new and efficient management tool for sanitary surveillance widely used in public hygiene and health care.With this tool,the paper elaborates on a systematic study on the sanitary surveillance of schools in the Huadu District,applying the theory of administrative supervision and public products.Moreover,the author illustrates the significance,causes,and suggestions for countermeasures of the problems.In this paper,the author uses literature analysis,interview,comparative analysis,questionnaire to study the grades-based supervision of hygiene in schools in Huadu district through seven chapters.The first chapter clearly sets out the background of the research and the significance,introduces the current state of research in China and other countries,and proposes the research design,methods and literature resources.The second chapter elaborates on the definitions of schools,supervision of hygiene,supervision of hygiene in schools and grades-based management,and clarifies the main contents,basic principles and theoretical basis of the grades-based supervision of hygiene in schools.The third chapter analyses the status quo of the grades-based supervision of hygiene in schools in Huadu district from the perspective of legal basis,evaluation criteria,grades-based management,as well as ready disclosure of information;The fourth chapter conducts a questionnaire survey on hygiene workers,supervisors and co-managers,and analyzes in depth the problems and causes of the grades-based supervision of hygiene in schools in Huadu District.The fifth chapter introduces not only the measures in Singapore and Los Angeles in the United States,but also the practices of other cities in China,so as to give a review of helpful experience in the grades-based supervision of hygiene in schools in China.The sixth chapter proposes countermeasures for the grades-based supervision of hygiene in schools in Huadu district onthe basis of the advanced experiences in China and other countries in view of the problems and causes.The last chapter makes a conclusion and suggestions for the next steps to continuously improve the grades-based supervision of hygiene in schools.The research results of this paper have a practical significance for the supervision of hygiene in schools in Huadu district and even the whole country.
