| In order to provide customers with more professional and comprehensive services,Deke has set up supervisory positions in 42 cities across the country and is responsible for customer store management.Due to the rush of the initial establishment of the entire supervision team and the fragmentation of various regions,as the company's business continues to expand,the deficiencies in the supervision ability of each region have gradually been reflected.As the terminal personnel who directly contact customers,the level of the supervision team directly affects customer satisfaction Degree,the company wants to develop and expand more businesses,and customers need more comprehensive management services.As the work requirements of the supervision team become higher and higher,the current training management program can no longer meet the work needs of the supervision team.This article studies the current training management plan of the Deke company supervision team,finds out the problems in the current training management plan of the supervision team,and uses relevant theoretical knowledge to analyze the causes of these problems.Analyze the actual training needs of the current team through three aspects: organizational analysis,task analysis,and personnel analysis,and re-develop a feasible training management plan that conforms to the current team,based on the actual situation of the current Deke supervision team.The author believes that the current training management plan is mainly optimized from the following aspects:first,the internal trainer team is developed in accordance with the current regional characteristics of the company,and the internal trainers in various regions are selected as the training leaders to cooperate with the training department to carry outthe training.By building a team of internal trainers to help the training work to be better implemented in various regions.Second,optimize the existing curriculum system,create a long-term training curriculum system that conforms to the supervision of professional development by changing the current messy training plan,set training content and goals that meet all stages,and systematically plan for the supervision of professional skills.Third,the four-level evaluation method is used to evaluate the training effect,comprehensively follow up the actual feedback of employees on the training process,better evaluate the effect of training courses,and provide a basis for the improvement of later training.Finally,carefully study the various guarantees required for the implementation of the training program,and ensure the smooth implementation of training activities through multiple guarantees of culture,system,and organization.On the basis of these,the training management program is overall optimized by combining all the details of the training implementation.,And finally establish a training management plan suitable for the development of the supervision team of Deke.It is hoped that training will improve the comprehensive quality of the supervision team,improve the professional knowledge and management skills of the supervision,use a more professional management level to increase customer satisfaction,enhance the company's stronger competitive advantage,and promote the realization of the company's strategic goals.This paper aims at the training management plan designed by the supervision team of Deke Company,which can play a certain guiding role in optimizing the training management plan currently supervised by Deke Company.Through training,the overall quality and working enthusiasm of the supervision team can be improved,and help to improve the overall management level of the team. |
