With the rush of fitness,yoga with unique movement swept the world,become a fitness project beloved people,from students to social groups and stars,many domestic and foreign followers crazy to learn the aerobics shaping,adjust decompression yoga.This study aimed at female university students for living,learning and employment of three heavy pressure of oppression,led to the emergence of life loss,low self-esteem,depression and anxiety and other psychological problems,will set the body-building and fitness in one of the yoga as the experiment content,the comparative study of female university students before and after practicing yoga elective yoga the main analysis from four aspects of body shape,physical quality,physical function and psychological multiple indicators to investigate influences of yoga on female university students' physical health,yoga exercise can provide a theoretical basis for the promotion and development of the school,to provide reference for the masses fitness project selection.The use of literature,questionnaire,experiment,measurement,mathematical statistics and qualitative research methods for the practice of Yoga female university students physique study,discusses the effects of yoga exercise on female university students' physical health,the main conclusions are as follows:1 Practicing yoga can effectively improve the students' body shape,the experimental results showed that: in female university students before and after the body weight,body fat percentage,body circumference and practice had a significant decline in the index of.Yoga exercise can stretch and targeted exercises to promote fat burning,reduce the accumulation of fat in the body,is an effective way to achieve weight loss in obese people.With yoga and breathing pranayama,and improving the students' cardiopulmonary function is greatly improved on his body.After 16 weeks of yoga practice,their vital capacity increased from 2543 ml to 2657 ml before practice.2 Yoga postures for the waist,legs,and back exercises can improve the physical quality of female university students,especially in the female university students' flexibility,strength of two aspects.Many Yoga asanas on one foot,after 16 weeks of training,the balance of female university students is greatly improved.Yoga in this study on female university students' endurance effect is not obvious,although not statistically significant,but still improved,that the practice of yoga on female students' strength,flexibility,endurance will be improved.3 This study by SCL-90 score indexes of female university students before and after the practice of yoga are analyzed: female university students after a semester of Yoga after psychological indexes were improved,yoga on the mental health of female students have a positive effect on their mental health level has improved.At the same time,this study uses qualitative research methods,the 10 selected more serious psychological problems of female university students of two in-depth interviews,through the understanding of female university students before and after elective Yoga practicing yoga and motivation of female university students' psychological change research results are as follows: female university students motivation for Yoga elective interest in yoga,yoga can hope by improving psychological and yoga can achieve weight loss.After the end of practicing yoga on female university students can improve physical discomfort,reduce the female students obsessive-compulsive disorder,such as depression and anxiety symptoms,enhance self-confidence,to establish good interpersonal relationships of female university students.B,E,H students in the psychological problems such as depression and anxiety have improved.
